Bought here online pick up. when I got home, one of the items was used.Finger marks in the cream, disgusting.They would not give me a refund as it was a pickup order and I left the store.never again, stay far away from this locationVery unprofessional not to check the items before sale.

big selections a little overwhelming but they organized lots of major perfume brands but like 3- 10 of each brand. i found a very nice sent but not the one i was originally looking for. as with all sephoras, very expensive

This store is the reason I will never shop at Sephora again. I've done two same day of pick ups and both have been very messed up. The first one they gave me a used sample of a mask I paid full price for. The second time I bought a lip balm and the box was empty. If you go to Sephora's online customer support they don't do anything for a same day pick up. So you have to go to the store to receive the worst customer service. I'll only be purchasing beauty directly from the brands here on out.

First of all I been going to this store for years spending my money at this location. When I walked in this lady never greeted me she was just staring at me in a nasty manner the whole time. Then another girl kept being rude while I was at the counter buying my items. Then I let someone in the store know I was coming for my makeup to be done the next day and I was trying to inquire who might be doing it. Literally the next morning at around 8 am 2 hours before my appointment they canceled it without reason. And this isn’t the first time they canceled on me last minute without reason I most likely will not go back to this store anymore. Literally only one person was so nice her personality was very nice and she was very professional I believe she had red hair other than that won’t be going back.

Was helped by Kaitlyn on Sunday (sorry if I misspelled her name). She was fantastic, very helpful and patient with me. I rarely leave a make-up store satisfied but thanks to her I had a different experience. If I could, I would only shop with her for my makeup because her advice was very accurate. For once I don't regret my purchases: I went with 2 lipsticks and a concealer qnd will moat likely come back soon. The person at the checkout was also very pleasant, I think her name was Osmora. Management should give them raises to keep such good employees, especially when I saw others busy chatting with a friend or having a customer trying a foundation 10 shades too light......

First and last time shopping at this location. Received the worst customer service today. All staff busy talking to one another not helping customers for the 20mins I was in the shop. Sudden switch in sales associates attitude when she realized I was buying the products I was holding.

What makeup lover doesn't love stopping into Sephora for a nice pick me up? However that was not my experience. I asked twice for help to find a particular item and I kept getting redirected elsewhere. Finally when the sephora sale woman told me where to look I said it's not there I didn't see it, she went and looked for it and said ITS RIGHT HERE walked off and said something under her breath. Completely rude and very unprofessional. I didn't catch her name, but for people wanting a better experience go to a different Sephora.

I don't know what was in the air the day I went into this particular Sephora. I use a wheelchair and none of the staff was helpful in the lease, except for one worker who seemed pretty busy beforehand. I understood why he he couldn't assist me. But none of the other 4 employees that obviously saw me never greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. The first enter man asked one of them to help me. She barely looked at me and barely spoke when she went to check for a perfume I wanted to sample. She comes back but immediately starts helping someone else. Talking over my head and then tells me they're out of the perfume as if I was an afterthought. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else. They acted as if I didn't belong in there.

Maybe it's me ; maybe it's just my luck ..I'm grateful to have a Sephora in the neighborhood. My neighborhood ! This Sephora, However has never got what is sold in SEPHORA in stock ..it's always "out of stock" it could be because it's small. Or maybe I'm just always late to the party ...IT could also be Tik Tok ... I don't know ..it's just always a miss for me ..I came today for blotting paper ..and "we have NONE in stock " this isn't my first visit..I would say if you need to just pick something perhaps not too popular ..then go ..they're always helpful ; it's just "never in stock " still happy to see it in this neighborhood
