Servcorp offer great locations....but always expect unfair, delusional, unauthorized, and wrong charges.Manager at this location was only good until you subscribe then forget all promises and fake services they promised.Despite great location, I would stay away from this location and hope Servcorp find better managers and be more transparent about their charges.

Sharing my experience as formerly 2-year Servcorp customer during Covid pandemic:April 1: I request that our Servcorp account be put on hold as coworking is no longer being offered which is the top reason we have a Servcorp membership. While Servcorp offered no option to help customers in this time (unlike almost every other company out there) I contacted our point of contact (POC) around getting the account put on hold and getting a refund for April (which somehow was not a natural option offered despite services not being rendered). The conversation ends with the next step being that my POC will come back to me with some options/next steps. I never hear back from that POC at Servcorp until...Early May: My company had a CC expire and we receive notifications that payment is overdue for the month of May. I did not action this, as I assumed our account was on-hold or cancelled because I never heard back from our POC and we were not receiving the primary service we paid for (coworking availability).Mid June: I receive an email from Servcopr threatening legal action with me personally (even though I've never had a CC on file and am simply the POC for my company) about being put through to collections. After having a conversation with one of their employees, I find out my initial POC had been furloughed/let go and that's why I never got a response to putting my account on hold/cancelling on APRIL 1st. After a lengthy conversation, the only thing I was offered was 'waiving the termination fee' after getting none of the primary services (coworking space) paid for in April (or May when I assumed we were no longer engaged).TLDR: I try to cancel/go on hold because Servcorp has no policy for customers affected by COVID. The employee I told that to gets fired/furloughed even though Servcorp is not reducing customer bills at all. One month later Servcorp sends us to collections for one months payment for services we did not receive.Customer service is a thing of the past for some companies I guess..
