Really awful customer experience. Sales assistant didn't know much about the products and wasn't helpful. Check-out took so long we gave up. I then got spammed with surveys and other content. Very glad I didn't buy anything from them.

im within the 100 day trial period and I wanted to exchange the bed from a dual chamber to a single chamber. well YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY $600 TO BE EXACT. What kind of trial period/return/exchange period is this if you still have to pay for half the mattress to get it right? BEYOND disappointed with their customer support. They take your $$ and don't care once they make a sale

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They engage in deceptive advertise and fraud, selling defective products.They sold us products that do not work as advertised and are telling us that it was a final sale and they will not refund our money.As background, on May 20th, we purchased a Sleepnumber C360 Smart Bed for $13,500 and a Sleepnumber Lifestyle Upholstered Bed Frame for $2,800. Plus tax.The bed and mattress were delivered on July 7th. It was immediately apparent that something was wrong. There is a speaker and light function in the bed frame that is controlled by a remote control. That never functioned - at all. The delivery people couldn't get it to work. Worse, the mattress itself was defective.We called the company within 2 days and they sent out 2 repair people on July 12th. Those repair people identified that parts were missing, i.e., it was not installed properly because of these missing pieces. Regarding the malfunction of the bed frame, they could not fix it or get it to function - at all.They told us that someone would contact us regarding the missing parts, but we, to this date, have never heard back from them.After repeated frustrating calls to SleepNumber customer service, we decided we wanted to return the entire thing and get our money back.SleepNumber is honoring their policy and taking back the mattress and will be refunding the cost of the mattress, although charging us a $249 return fee for a mattress that was not installed properly and did not function.Regarding the bed frame, despite clear evidence by their own repair people that it does not function, they are claiming that that sale is final. They sold us a product that does not function as it is intended to function. They cannot fix it. They will not take it back or refund is. That is fraudulent selling and deceptive practices.

Purchase experience was good (did not disclose full truth). Team the install the bed was good. The mattress itself is the disappointment. They told me the warranty is good but year 1 cover 100% but year 2 and on you do have to pay. I could have purchased a new bed. bought the split because I like firm but no I'm better off sleeping on the floor

Really bad experience with sleep number. I bought a mattress and base and was told there was a trial period Where I can return my bed if I am not happy. I also showed the sales person my existing bedframe that I have and she said that the base will fit on it. When I sleep on the sleep number bed when it's finally delivered, It really feels like I'm sleeping on my mattress from back in college days. Super uncomfortable and nothing like the show room experience. Anyway I try to return the bed and the mattress and I'm told that I can only return the mattress as the base is non-refundable. I also learned that the $4k restoration hardware bed frame I had won't fit with the base unless I "modify" it Even though I made sure to ask the show room people, the installers, and sleep number phone reps If my bed will work with the base and all of them said it would for sure. I just feel like they say whatever it is to make the sale and then you learn about the fine print and truth after the fact. Very deceptive business practices Where even After they misrepresent the goods to you they still won't refund you the money.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY SLEEP NUMBER BED!! We purchase a split King bed for $7K in 7/2015. One side of the bed is deflated and will not pump back up in 11/2022. Call customer service, and they told me the pump is back order and I have to pay before I can be placed in queue for the part and there is NO ETA. They told me the pump was back order since 4/2021 (last pump shipped out to customer). 1) bed broke less than 10 years. 2) warranty they offer is prorate so even though they tell you the bed has warranty for 15 or more years, you have to pay for the damage part and if you are not handy you also have to pay for labor to come to your house to fix it. They only send you a video link to show you how to replace the damage part. 3) you have to pay up front with no ETA to be "on-line" to receive the part. They bed is extremely expensive, and they promise the moon when you are in the show room. They do not stand by their product and provide no customer service. How can you have a part back order for over 17 months and still with no end in sight!! DO NOT BUY THEIR BED. I regret spending this last sum of money to sleep on the bed for less than 10 years. I spent $1000 a year to sleep on this stupid bed. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! It is a Ripoff!! You can buy a $10 pillow and put it under you feet and be the same. I am a s****** and don't follow my footstep.

Horrible experience, we bought a bed, and they rescheduled the delivery three times, the las time they called me 5 minutes before delivery, telling me that the "technician had some issues," and they rescheduled my delivery to the next month. I had everything ready, old bed disassemble, and room empty to make sure they had enough space to work. Obviously I cancelled the order because of this experience.

I could NOT be more disappointed about the home delivery experience and "supply chain constraints". My partner had back surgery a week prior to the purchase, so we were interested in purchasing a premium mattress. However we have waited over 2 months for the mattress (when he needed it the most) with lots of frustrating issues!1) One week before the delivery (~1 month after purchase was the earliest available slot), I received an email that our mattress was delayed due to "supply chain constraints and the next available delivery was 3 weeks later2) On the day of delivery, the team showed up 1.5 hours after the 3 hour window and only dropped off part of the bed frame. The delivery and installation was then automatically re-scheduled for 2 weeks later. After numerous calls to the dispatch and customer service, there has been no progress and are constantly told that they will call back.This is not a premium or luxury service! Bring your business elsewhere!

Horrible delivery. I waited around for them to come all day. I called twice and they told me it would be there by 4:11 and said they are running behind because of truck issues. I said it has to get here before 4:30 b/c my building won't let them in. 4:30 come and no show. They called me and started blaming me. Now I'm sleeping on the floor.

Horrible delivery experience to midtown apt.Delivery driver spoke to bldg security, "You guys don't allow delivery on Saturday, right?". Our security officer assured driver they do.Sleep Number central delivery was speaking to us at the exact time he showed up, we went to front door of bldg. Driver left.Seemed the driver didn't care to deliver to central NYC apartment bldg.Cannot comment on mattress, we cancelled after they declined to resked same day delivery.Took day off of work for nothing.
