This pharmacy is just the best! The Customer service is way above and beyond what I get at a chain pharmacy. Always friendly, they recognize me when I call which really makes a difference when you are talking to someone about your health concerns. Delivery is quick if I need something sent to my home. 5 Stars.

After spending six weeks waiting for meds from our chain drug store, I walked into Smart Aid Pharmacy and asked if they would honor my insurance. The answer, “Yes, of course we will!” Erica then got on the phone and within a day I had my prescription filled and ready for delivery or pickup. Wow! What a pleasure meeting the staff here and what fantastic customer service! I now have convenience AND friendly service! I couldn’t be happier to recommend this pharmacy- they are the best! They stock all personal necessities and provide fax and copy services should you need them. Fabulous drug store!

I like this local pharmacy, they are kind and fast. I switched here after getting fed up with Duane Reade. The only thing I dislike is the judgmental memes taped on the wall about customers.

BEST PHARMACY EVER! Customer service is immaculate! The employees are super helpful and very knowledgable. If they don't have something they would offer to order it. This is the only pharmacy I've used since it opened several years ago.

Always fast & friendly pharmacy service. They get to know you by name and work out any issues directly with the doctor. Also, a surprising variety of products esp for such a small shop. A perfect neighborhood drug store. So much better than the big chains!

Excellent attention. My medication is always ready to pick up when I call in advance or when they call me. They also have all the basic toiletries and pharmacy things you may need.
