Empty salon all afternoon should have been a red flag... I asked for some nail art, and the owner said no problem, $10/nail. When it was clear they didn’t have the skill/experience necessary, i downgraded to asking for just 2 lines to make it easier for everyone. She insisted on still charging the quoted price for a complicated design.Worse still when I went to ask her about the pricing, she literally tried to ignore me and walk away. Terrible customer service. Adding a star since not the technician’s fault.Update: the fully booked nail salons in soho deliver amazing art for $10/nail. This was… not that. It took >10 min to add 2 lines. I’m not sure why I was penalized for that.

I go here regularly for standard manis and pedis and always have a positive experience. Was in again today for a mani pedi and am very pleased with the results. Standard mani is $25 and the long lasting dazzle dry is $35, which I love because I get longer lasting color and no damage. Standard pedi is $45. Never feel pressured on any up charges, just note the offered 10 min massage during services is an extra $18.

Had the best manicure of my life here in October. Absolutely stunning attention to detail. So much care and time was put into the shape. I was thrilled with the outcome and they were so calm and friendly. I don’t understand the negative reviews, truly best mani of my life.

I was here today and a lady who seems to be the owner or manager will force you to get things done that I don't even need in some Broken English and keep saying my foot is bad. The spanish technician who did Callous treatment didn't even do a good job.and I was done with in 30 minutes. I don't know is I will be back

Worst and one of the most expensive manicures of my life. I brought a photo of the color I was looking for and the tech said “idk look” then proceeded to put a paint on my nail that was super chunky/streaky/blotchy. When I said “I think that nail polish is bad and chunky” she said “idk what you mean”. She filed my nails so thin they became painful and when I kindly let her know this she continued to file the nail to the point I was in tears. $135 for a manicure so uneven I will need to pay to get them fixed somewhere else.

I’ve had a great experience every time with pedicures. I’ve seen 3 different people and they were all very professional surpassing quality elsewhere globally I’ve seen.

If they are in a rush you won’t get a complete manicure. I had nail paint inside each nail and the whole process was rushed. I had to go home and clean up my nails

Great, friendly service, calming atmosphere, and wonderful color selection. This is my go-to for a pedicure and basic gel manicure. They don't do any designs, but the standard treatment is great. The one time my gel chipped early, they fixed it for me with no additional charge. Highly recommend the optional 10 minute back massage.

Please walk away. So many good and honest nail places, but not this one. They scam you to get money out of your pockets. Many bad reviews if you scroll down. Force you to tip and hostile. My bill was so much higher than what they said in beginning. They made me pay more, they lied to me about prices. I don't trust anyone who does that?

WALK AWAY. It's a scam. DISHONESTY. LIARS. Hidden fees. Force you to tip, if not hostile! Terrible. Will not go back and you should not step your foot in there.I don't know where to start.I went in and asked how much is a pedicure but they just wanted to sell me the service. I said hold on how much is it? She said 65$. At cashier it was 69$ (without tax). I also said before paying that I wanted a Manicure, they said it's 55$. At cashier it was 58$ (without tax). READING REVIEWS BELOW THE HIDDEN +3$ IS HAPPENING WITH EVERYONE. THEY SCAM YOU. I said I wanted french. Nobody said it coated extra. It's 30$ extra. Usually they always say when something is extra. When I go to pay with all these hidden fees. (+Tax, which is normal). Then this Chinese lady which is horrible and owns the place, she says how much % do you want to tip? Minimum 20%. I said I can do 5%, because I didn't want to the way they lied about everything. She said no and She kept forcing it. That I HAD TO. Then she was hostile and when in the end I said I won't tip at al. She said something, hostile. Will not come back and you should not either. She keept coming up with excuses that I had to tip. Tip comes freely not an obligation! They think I'm a tourist but little do they know, i get my nails done every two weeks & I just moved around the corner and WILL NOT GO BACK and tell all my girlfriend's and roommates to STAY AWAY. They did not make me a customer. My tip is give good and honest customer service and you ll get tips and consistent customer service. I'll never step my foot there ever again.?SCAMS AND cannot even be honest. Learn honesty. Is it hard to say the right price.

They scam you, do not go in there. Lie about prices, they say one thing then charge you with hidden MADE UP FEES I'm not talking tax. They force you to tip, like forced me 50 million times. Trying to guilt trip you, trying to force you and take advantage of you. I'm not even suprised the owner is Chinese and they known to scam and lie. But please be honest you ll get a longer way in your business. 0 tips. Actually they should refund ME and tip me at this point, I'll take down all bad reviews. Super hostile when I won't tip after terrible lies and service.

I don't have a lot of experience with nail salons, but I have enough experience with service based industries to know, any option is better than this one.
