In addition to all the things that are already terrible about Spectrum customer experience. This location boasts not having hardware available for pickup or exchange.Update:Generic message response from Spectrum is not only unhelpful, but an insult to my intelligence as an informed consumer.

Was made to wait with other folks for an hour because agents were chit chatting with two other customers. Then was told the store didn't have modems in-stock and that they don't have the phone number of other stores to call to check if they did.

BAD PEOPLE - DON't TRUST THEMOrdered an iPad but they sent it by Fedex. I never got it. I reported it and did everything there is to do. Spectrum did not investigate with Fedex and both say I signed but will not show me the signature. Now they want me to pay for an iPad I never got!

I have been to this store and never had any issues and have always been treated well. I love how close it is when returning something or having to pay your bill.

Dismal service. Spectrum required that I come in person to exchange my equipment. They kept me waiting almost an hour to make the exchange. Only one person working most of the time I was on line. I can’t wait for FIOS to be available, so I can end my association with Spectrum. They obviously have contempt for their customers.

Dismal service. Spectrum required that I come in person to exchange my equipment. I had to wait over an hour. They would not allow any other way to exchange my equipment. FIOS will soon be available in my building, I will change the instant that I can. Spectrum shows nothing but contempt for its customers.

For a couple of days I was having trouble getting a new phone. I spoke to a representative of Spectrum on the phone and went to the Spectrum store twice. Today I go to the store and a rep named Manny was there and he fixed all my problems and was fully knowledgeable on how to fix everything and get me a new phone.Not only did he help me but he went above and beyond to check my account and to make sure everything was in order. I was blown away on how where others failed he succeed. I definitely recommend you see Manny at Spectrum! He needs a raise! Lol

Stupid lady Ida who is like eastern Asian decent refused to cancel my service n told me to call. When I call they try to convince me to stay and I was like "yo I'm on lunch break." Then they said she canceled it aready. SMH. I went back to store n gave my boxes. She didn't want to take the box. Stupid store don't know what they're doing. The queens mall ny spectrum is so much better. They take all your boxes no hassle: my mom just did with no problem. Here it's some stupid run around. Don't come here. Wasted like half hour for nothing. She could have just taken the box. Go to spectrum queens mall. She don't know her job.

Visited this location to handle some account changes and meet with Angel (Spectrum Associate) who was very professional and extremely courteous. He explained in detail what would be best to fit my needs and budget and made my experience very pleasing. I also had the opportunity to meet with Helen who was amazing as well and was willing to assist me.
