Jennie Feliz, a store specialist at Broadway and 146th Street in Manhattan,is VERY helpful and knowledgable in her role. I went in for service and she made the experience smooth and seemless..I highly reccommend you seek her out when visiting Spectrum.

We went to the store on 7-25-23. We wanted to cancel our cable and phone and just have Internet. The guy helping us was really nice but tried too hard to get us to get spectrum cell phones. We were there for about 25 minutes. He was typing a lot. We returned our equipment and left. 9-13-23 our Internet was cut off because of non-payment. We went back to the store. A woman told us it just showed we returned the equipment and gave us a number to call. She said there was still a cable box on our account. Spectrum actually called me to get a payment. I told the story and she was going to transfer me. THEY called me, why would I have to give my info again to the automated recording, I was on a bus living my extremely painful life so I hung up. I called back last night, told the whole story, was on the phone including hold for over an hour. They transferred me and then after a few minutes a recording came on that they were closed. Tonight I was on the phone for 2 hours and 32 minutes and I still have phone and cable and NO accountability. They will do nothing for you !! nothing. I'm going to TMobile for internet in the morning.

My credit card was fraudulently used at a location in New York and they did nothing to clear this situation as yet. Scam company and crooks.

Customer service at night is HORRIBLE and SLOW. They probably average 30 min per customer. I would not recommend u go to this store for any issues!!?

I’ve been with spectrum for a few years and not once have I been to a spectrum facility because any situation would be taken care of via mail or a technician coming to my home. Today I had to visit a near by location to exchange my box, as I enter there was one young lady helping a customer and then I was standing by the entrance waiting for the young lady to finish with that gentleman so I can get help. Another representative came out and shouted to the representative “Who’s next?” And rudely told me “If you don’t sign in nobody will help you, you have to sign in on that screen!” Mind you I’ve never been to a spectrum and neither did I notice a computer to sign in as there wasn’t a sign that would inform me of their protocol. After I responded to JOANN that I apologize but I didn’t know I had to sign she actually got louder and told me “You have to sign for us to know how many customers we have present waiting to get helped!” So I said no problem I just didn’t know so when I was getting ready to do what she was shouting about she then says “It’s okay come over I’m going to help you”. It was 10am and there was only one customer and I. I don’t know who’s this Joann but she’s really ghetto and really rude. There was no need for that energy to explain to me their protocol as it being my first time there. Joann needs to relax and calm down on how she speaks to customers. Why get a job where you’re not happy about what you do?!

I had a GREAT experience here. I walked in and was helped right away. I went on a Monday late afternoon/evening around 4:30. I exchanged my router and was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Went early morning to get an internet router and signed up in the waiting list via paper since their tablet wasn't working (ironic cause it's a tech company.) I left and returned in 15 mins (that was the wait), and as soon as I walked in I noticed the store was empty. I then looked at the person who saw me check-in eariler and she just said "one second" while talking on her airpods to somebody (sounded like a friend or family.) I sat in a chair while there were 3 employees without a customers and after 4 mins, one of the workers came up to me and asked how could she help me. After that, everything worked out as plan, but you can tell nobody wants to be there.

I updated this review. If I would remove one star, I would be happy to do so.THINKING OF BUYING THE SPECTRUM $49.99 PACKAGE? DON"T. JUST RUN. There is a slight chance that you may not experience any technical issues, but if you do, you're on your own and it's your problem that you're their customer.This company sold me their services without ensuring that my apartment had their service. Then, it took only two weeks and four teams of technicians, including one supervisor, to have my place rewired.It's been taking almost a month to have my sim card activated, with all Spectrum, including this particular location, doing its word to assist me.What Spectrum wrote responding to my initial comment is just another turnaround. So tired of this attitude.AGAIN, BETTER RUN. ANY OTHER PROVIDER WILL BE BETTER

Located nearby in my old neighborhood but it was a bit of a walk with the equipment I had to turn in. Apparently that keeping your equipment stuff doesn't apply if you move to a locale in a new zip code. There was definitely a wait but the lady who helped me was nice enough and took care of my issue so no complaints. It's not something one would go out of their way for but if you need help from Spectrum and you live in this area, you could definitely do worse.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The "manager" literally stands there with his arms crossed - with 13 or 14 customers waiting to be seen and open stations available. When I asked him if he could help, he told me he was "the manager" and didn't do work with customers or do that. When I told him I'd waited 30 minutes, he told me that waiting was "the protocol." I asked if the protocol required him to be helpful. No reply to that. I may have been the first person to ever ask him to help customers, he was so dismissive of the idea. So...I'll just keep sitting here watching him just stand there.
