Single handedly the worst experience I've ever had with a cable or mobile provider. When I tried to activate my service, the port never went through. I called back the next day, they hadn't even opened the ticket, I called back the second day, still nothing, on the third day, they said it would be at least a week. Can you imagine a week with out access to your phone number? Everything has MFA by text. Even Spectrum needed to text me in a Catch-22 from hell that only Spectrum could create. They also charge for Internet installation and offered a free self install kit. When the Internet never worked, I had to call in. They didn't want to send out a technician because there was service in the apartment a couple of months ago. When they finally agreed, the technician showed up they figured out that they would have to run a new line. It took them 2 or 3 hours. On top of that the "Free Wifi" didn't actually work! So now I have to buy that too. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay as far away as possible.

Not enough workers. Lines. People leaving. No effort made to expedite traffic. I would never choose spectrum if they treat customers like this. Manager doesn’t fill in for the overflow.

Terrible service. Check in machines don’t work and they consistently turned away online reservations. Great to come here if you’re trying to waste an hour for a 3min task with a rep

Valerie is AWESOME!! If you have to do anything in-store at spectrum and are in the UES. I would recommend you go there and ask for Valerie. She was so nice, so helpful, so informative, and so patient. There was also another woman of color :) there as well that was very nice and helpful. I am sure the entire staff is the same.

Efficient, polite + patient especially with senior citizens. It covers my Cable TV, internet, computer and now my cellphone service and my landline also which saved me in 9/11. I called the Spectrum store in middle of night and actually spoke to a person. This is highly unusual.

Not sure how the girl with all of the bad reviews still has a job. She has her name covered on her name tag now, but she is in fact as awful as the other reviews say. Raging little brat to be honest. If she hates her job so much she should quit instead of giving insane attitude to everyone around her. Shouldn’t be tolerated.

Went to the store to replace 4 of my remotes. Staff member stated he wouldn’t open a box to replace my remote because it’s for customers only. I felt discriminated and embarrassed because am I not a customer?!????!!!!! Another employee had to come and assist me and left with only 3 remotes being replaced. Horrible customer service!!!!!! The employee started blowing raspberries at me like what type of workers are you guys hiring!?!?!?! Had to call customer service to get the 4th remote replaced. This establishment will never see me again!

Horrible customer service. Every time I've gone into this location no one has ever greeted me, asked me how I was doin', or made me feel welcome. Everyone was either on their phones or talkin' loudly to each other--and looked annoyed that they had to actually help me. The people who I've had the displeasure to interact with were uppity, unfriendly and totally devoid of warmth. And even when they did manage to assist me, they have yet to thank me. I've been a loyal customer for the last 30 years (since Spectrum was Time Warner) and the only times I've ever felt remotely appreciated was on the phone with a customer service rep, not a store employee. Dunno who hires and trains these people, but that person should be reprimanded and sent back to the minors. The managers have gotta step up and push their people to be more professional and do their jobs the right way--like responsible adults! Whatever animosity the employees feel towards people from the neighborhood has gotta stop once they start their shifts; if they don't wanna help us, then they should find jobs somewhere else.
