I've been a Spectrum customer for 8 years, but recent experiences have been disappointing. Despite discontinuing one location, Spectrum has repeatedly mixed up my accounts, leading to the termination of the wrong location. Despite multiple calls to customer service, the issue remains unresolved, with long wait times adding to the frustration. Improvement in account management and customer service responsiveness is greatly needed.

If you want nothing but frustration and the customer service reps to condescend you then go for it. They're expensive and terrible. Don't do it. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Apparently if you get a phone with them via a financing plan it's LOCKED so you cannot use another e-sim with your phone until it's fully paid which means if you travel you have to stick to their charges. They forgot to disclose it when they wanted to sign me up! It gets better, even if you get the phone and want to pay upfront to avoid this so skip the financing altogether you still need to wait at least 60 days until you can pay off the phone and only then you can use another e-sim or get it unlocked. I wanted to return the phone since I'm a frequent traveller and didn't want to spend $100s in charges abroad and they ask me to pay a $50 non refundable fee for me to return the phone so now I have to give them a $50 donation because they forgot to mention the damn phone is locked, great service indeed!

Normal expected service. Nothing particularly bad or good. This company does however, run the way companies ran 30 years ago. For that reason it's rating would be higher than most of the companies that are running inefficiently and coldly lately.

Been a customer for 3 months again and keep having some female person offing me lower bills when spectrum sends me discounts in the mail which they haven't, they keep bs me with their phone service and told me my phone isn't compatible with their service, they tried selling me theirs which would comeout to over $700, my phone is 5g and it should work well, I recorded the conversation and we'll upload it to YouTube soon, spectrum practices are misleading and curupted, their scammers and I will report them to the bbb for their deceiving ways and other social media outlets, beware of this cable company and make sure you record their lies.

Terrible service here. They attempt to sucker customers into contracts by disabling the self-service kiosk so as to game you with a sales pitch when paying a service bill.

The worst customer experience I've ever had, Stephanie the manager and the lady serving me were very unprofessional, impolite and had no interest in helping their paying customers - I would strongly urge anyone considering Spectrum to consider another provider.I was told in store I was eligible for a free line due to my internet being with Spectrum, and despite the man in store serving me not being able to activate it on my account he contacted his manager and reassured me I was eligible and that I would be credited upon activation - he proceeded to charge me a $20 activation fee and the $30 for the phone plan. Furthermore they weren't able to provide an eSIM, so I had to wait for the SIM to arrive then call online support to activate it.Upon activating the SIM, online support told me I was in fact not eligible due to being on a tenant service - so I would have to continue paying the $30 a month, which is more than the provider I was previously with (Visible by Verizon - a much better service).After wasting hours in store and online switching to Spectrum, I came back to this store to resolve the issue but was told a $25 credit is all they can do, and to cancel the service I have to call online billing. How is it possible a store can sell me a bogus service in store, and then not allow me to cancel it in store? The manager seems to think the $25 credit is equivalent to a free line and the hours of my time wasted signing up and activating my service, and was argumentative in trying to convey that point.At least switching back to Visible is a simple and easy process.

I spent three days attempting to schedule a simple new service set up. After many hours of being switched from incompetent to incompetent to another incompetent, I had to cancel the install. If it wasn't so frustrating it would have been laughable. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.

This t mobile isn't worthy of 1 star .. staff is UN welcoming , not helpful and rude ... not to mention disrespectful.. I asked simple questions and received harsh responses shouting in my face .. I've been a TMobile customer for decades and am considering leaving and going to another carrier .. The biggest reflection to good customer service .. is to at least smile .. look engaging and NOT walk around with their hands in their pockets ..I am referring to one employee (lady) who should be dismissed ...
