Driving past store today.....at the light.....I see an Asian Sprint worker with a black face mask on in the store........why ...is he trolling....is he sick..does he have allergies..either way...it's not the place and most definitely not the time......I'm not setting foot in there....

We went in to this location for an Iphone 11 case and were immediately greeted at the door. I assumed the man greeting us was being helpful until I noticed the two women at the counter staring and laughing at us . We were not even afforded the decency of even looking for more than a few seconds before we were bombarded with questions. It felt immediately awkward so we walked out. The workers seemed far more interested in playing than facilitating a comfortable shopping experience

I broke my screen last night traveling from Houston to New York City and could not access my phone screen. I found this location through the Sprint App showing it was a repair center. It is oh so much more! The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was expecting to have my phone looked at and told I would need to file a claim. It was bad. But Michelle looked at it and told me to give her an hour, maybe less. With my insurance it would cost me $29 for the repair. I was still not sure she would be able to fix it. But wow! Not only did she fix the screen she also was able to replace the backing and the battery and she did it in 40 min!! I didn't have to wait a whole day and miss out taking pix of my niece and nephew's first NYC visit! Michelle is a Rockstar and practically gave me a new phone and did it with the friendliest disposition I've experienced at any Sprint store in the 25+ years of being a customer! If I'm in NY when it's time to upgrade I will go to this location as I know they provide customer service on a level that Sprint should be proud of. Thank you Michelle!

I went to another Sprint store to ask about my upgrade and they gave a very general answer and didnt even seem interested in helping.
That's when I decided to try this store. They were helpful in upgrading my phone and also switching my plan. They were great. Left the store with my new phones and upgraded plan.

Probably the worst Sprint store experience that I have ever had. I went for an Iphone upgrade and it was certainly a troubling customer service experience. I asked the rep to set up my phone after I made the purchase as I stepped out briefly. When I returned my phone was not set up at all. So I went back and a different female rep came out nasty about helping me. Misinforming me about the steps I needed to take to transfer data from one device to the next. Incredibly rude and nasty reps, don’t go there!
