Couldn't ask for more help, courtesy and consideration than all that I got from Jairo Mieses the other day. He explained, carefully and well, everything he was doing to transfer data from my old phone to the new. He was friendly and patient when I didn't understand how to do something, gave me excellent advice( don't send the old phone back immediately, make sure the new works right...).Jairo made the process for this 70 year old painless and pleasant

Wow! One of my best Tmobile in person store experiences in my 20 years of service. Post covid I’ve downsized my in person visits. This experience with Jair made me want to come out. Knowledgeable. Respectful. Patient. Truly a positive experience overall. Nate was the icing. Very professional. Thank you!

Most of the people working here has an attitude problem. If I wasn't so desperate for a phone, I would have just walked out. Either they hate this job or their dog died that morning. I'm talking to you lady with red hair.At the end of the day, they did help get me what I need, but that was not a pleasant experience.

This location is usually fairly busy so it's slow depending on. What your coming in for but good customer service never had an issue here but some people can become impatient

I’m not going to say that this is the best store, but I like few people there. Pablo is so friendly and provided good customer service.Ayleen is always willing to help or sort out any questions I have. She is so kind and nice always. Some people have an attitude maybe they don’t like their job or should change their job because they are not customer oriented.I had some troubles previously and today. When people not knowledgeable enough and trying to take advantage of you and not providing the right service.Four starts only for these two guys. Thank you so much for your service!
