Generally poor service. There was one individual who was helpful but the others couldn't be bothered to help even though we weren't doing anything. Also, the male cashier was horrible. Just lets your order sit there, doesn't offer a bag...does NOTHING!!! Terrible.

Horrible customer service. They messed up with their job and blamed me for "picking the design"?? The package arrived damaged. Cards have white stains on them. I wasn't offered a refund and made look crazy by the clerk. He even talked about me to other customers. This is unacceptable!!! I am filing a dispute.

I was about to leave in order to find any other place that prints but encountered Cheick who was a total DREAM. After logging on to a PC to download and print a file, I was charged for the usage but informed printing wasn't an option. The employees in that section were in the back or waiting on a line of customers so I was ready to walk out and eat the cost. I went to the front and approached Cheick because he seemed intelligent, focused and engaged. It was a great call! He went above and beyond to help me, to the point that he resized and modified the format of my document in order to make it print properly. I don't know if Cheick is a supervisor but if not, HE NEEDS TO BE. I usually dread going to this location but was floored by his impeccable professionalism and kindness!

Instant email code and confirmation when I sent my docs to the print center from home.Walked in and one of the four printers by the door was open (no line needed). Paid with card and was on my way two minutes later.USB also accepted, but emailing straight from your phone is so convenient for me.Great experience

The five stars is for the TSA Precheck station here. I walked in on Friday a little after 4, had just a few min wait, without an appointment. Was fast, painless, the lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. I applied online before coming, and this was the suggested store that was closest in my ZIP Code. You're supposed to be approved within 3 to 5 days, but I was approved by evening of the next day. When you get fingerprinted they don't use ink. They smush your fingers against the screen. Now as a staples store, I can't give the same praise. I was looking at electronics and all the things that they had displayed are not in stock. So not a good place to get electronics. But mead notebooks were $.35!

Very mean spirited service, they keep making mistakes, delaying work that is needed in a timely manner. Refusing to correct their mistakes and a very belligerent attitude.

If you have traveled recently you know the airports are zoos. Took my mother with me to get TSA precheck. Researched on line and found out that Staples now offered this service. Really? Figured I would pack snacks for this ordeal. Figured it would be 3-4 hours on line. Met a girl named Montana. (My mom insists her name was Dakota.) She wAS efficient, smart and KIND to both of us. We didn't have appointments but she had us out in 25 minutes with $5 coupons for the store also! we got our ktn numbers today. That was easy!

I'm almost positive there is a card skimmer on one of the printer's credit card readers in the store. Card was compromised not long after printing there (no other places where likely to have been compromised around that time). I suggest using cash (& I'm curious if anyone else has seen fraudulent activity on their card after paying at a printer here).

Poor service. Ordered business cards online, but I was told they didn't even have it in their queue. I spoke with customer service on the phone who said the store definitely has it and is actually printing them now. After I told the original staffer (short, larger man) this, they magically found them and said it would be another 45 minutes to print. No smiles, no apologies, and no one who seemed like they cared.
