Printing defaults to color? And with a prompt to choose color, so why would I think that the default is color? That's B.S. deceptive pricing. And good luck getting help!!!!! No, I won't be using your coupon...you took enough of my money. I'll buy my paper and other supplies at a store that values their customers!!!! Ridiculous.

This place does not deserve even a star, it is the worst, very expensive, my mouth was open when they charged me 12:25 dollars for 10 simple black and white copies, I do not recommend it and I would never return to this place again, it seems like abuse to me…

I’m just going to have to give up on this store. The checkers have always seemed nice. A few days ago I went in for ink, and they were out of stock. Only today do I see a sign that says if they’re out they’ll give you $10 off and free shipping. No checker pointed that out to me. Today I went in for a quick packing tape purchase. All brands were on sale, so I chose the Staples brand, which was the cheapest. The sale didn’t ring up at the register and I had to go and grab the sale sign to prove it. I can plan things better and just go to another store carrying similar items. This is why Amazon is excelling - this poor small business just isn’t being run well.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a cash register representative by the name of Roberto at Staples, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. This employee went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and patience. Printing staff is either understaffed or improperly trained as I got two different answers within twenty minutes regarding the ability to print one 14 page booklet.

The staff at the printing department in that branch is incredibly unhelpful. I've never encountered people less willing to work. It's not just one of them; there are four employees who seem unwilling to assist. When the self-service printer is malfunctioning, their response is simply, "tough luck. You can leave it with us and return in four hours." - The supervisor of this department is part of the problem! Work experience is not a replacement for A lack of leadership or management skills. It is NY find better employees!
