This is one disorganized Starbucks. Not sure if 8ts because of the busy atmosphere from the hospital but it needs improvement.

I was upset that due to a cashier's mistake, they put sugar in my coffee. I asked for it to be remade, but they didn't redo it for nearly 15 minutes. I approached the manager, and within a moment, I received my coffee. Unfortunately, I was late for my daughter's surgery. She woke up after the anesthesia, didn't see me, and became very upset. I'm really disappointed that the staff is inattentive and doesn't try to quickly correct their mistakes. There's no empathy in this, and yet there could be someone nearby with a child undergoing surgery who needs support, not just coffee, but at least some human understanding. All the charm of Starbucks fades away when I encounter such indifference and unfriendliness. It's as if I walked into the worst coffee shop.

Definitely one of the cleanest Starbucks I've visited. The staff is always so quick and friendly and no matter how busy it gets, I'm never waiting for long. Most importantly, my drinks are ALWAYS made to perfection. Each and every time.

Maybe there are more stores doing this but this is my first time seeing it… such a smart way for mobile order pick ups! Much less stressful for Monday morning :)

Horrible service negative stars. Ms. Lexi decided she was going to input the order wrong. I ordered oat milk. Sis put down almond milk. Didn't realize until I was almost home then took a sip instantly I knew something was wrong because I'm allergic to it. Quickly going back right across the street to the ER to get an epipen. So I called them over the phone. Of course LEXI answers. While explaining the issue she was like I would need to come back for the refund. Which is unrealistic as I just explained im in the ER! So she decided to put the phone down and speak about me "ugh she's honestly doing the most" after telling her I can hear her she got upset and put the manager on the phone. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Gave me corporate number and offered me a free drink when I return. After I get my refund and free drink. I would never come here again due too LEXI's disrespectful behavior.

When they first opened up I was so excited to have one close by, however over time they are the worst Starbucks I have been to. Their mobile order is constantly down, and when it is up and running they don’t look at a costumer order and are constantly getting it wrong. When I ask for a fix they are rude and give attitudes like they don’t want to do their job, but if you just looked at what was on the mobile ticket - we wouldn’t be asking to begin with! They are also super slow so be prepared to wait for over 10 minutes. The pro is if you get Bryan you’re in good hands!

I would like to thank Bryan for being such a polite barista. I waited 10 mins realized my order wasn’t ready. I walked up to him and showed him my receipt. I mistakenly ordered my online order at the wrong Starbucks location. I didn’t want to be late for work to make it all the way up town. He was a true gentleman and honored my receipt and made my coffee. Definitely got my long 12hr shift started well. Thank you for being a gentleman.
