This is the second time we've had to put in a serious claim with State Farm and Jim Lavelle's company and both times they made what is ultimately a very stressful and a monumentally chaotic time a walk in the park. Joanne was so helpful. She answered all the questions before I even had a chance to ask them. And even more so when I needed some reassurance about the situation she was amazing !! Whatever you're paying her, it isn't enough. This woman needs a raise. :-) Go Team State Farm!
