TL;DR High quality furniture. Below average payment and checkout process Horrendous delivery, including multiple errors made.Details:On Sunday 6/5/22 purchased a floor sample bed. The representative who helped us was knowledgeable about the products but was not competent in writing up the order and collecting payment. She had to reach out to me later in the day to collect "...the full balance because it’s a clearance/final sale item..." despite charging my card for a deposit while I was in the store.6/14/22 Stickley called to say delivery is ready to be scheduled but I need to pay the balance. Turns out they did not charge the full amount despite charging my credit card 2 different times on the day of purchase.Fri 6/24/22 11:18AM Stickley called & said delivery was scheduled for Sat 6/25/22 between 9AM & 1PM.Sat 6/25/22 8:41AM Delivery Co. called to say they had to reschedule delivery because they could not locate my bed.10:00AM 6/25/22, I arrived at Stickley to find out where my bed is. I spoke with Kenny the store manager & explained what had transpired so far.10:02AM Delivery company called and spoke with Kenny. They told him that they had to reschedule because of mechanical issues with the delivery truck. This not what they told me earlier that morning.After a few minutes talking w/ Kenny the delivery confirmed that they couldn't locate my bed. But at approx 10:10AM they located my bed.We asked if they can pick up the bed at the warehouse and deliver it to me. For 20 minutes the CSR has us on hold. At the same time Kenny reached out to his superiors at Stickley.Then the CSR said there's nothing the company can do to get me my bed Saturday. Kenny & I discuss different options and decide to reschedule delivery for a later date.Kenny & I were finishing up the details of the rescheduling and I was about to leave when at 10:54 the del. co. called and said they found a driver & truck and will deliver the bed between 4-7 the same day.Approx 3:30PM the delivery van arrives. At my front door one worker was there with the headboard and footboard which were not wrapped in any bubble wrap or protective paper. The other worker brought in the rails and a box from the van. They wanted to lean some of these pieces against walls or doors of my house while they carried up the other pieces. I told them not to do that because I did not want the bed or my walls to be scratched.We took apart my old bed & the workers set up the new bed.Immediately I noticed a white mark on the right headboard bed post that was not there when we saw the bed in the showroom.Then the workers opened the box and took out the bed support slats. As they were laying the 1st one in place, one worker realized it was too short. He said they gave him slats for a full-size bed, not a queen size bed. They were willing to take the bed back but I thought it unwise. It risked more damage to the bed by them or Stickley and based on the events that transpired so far, I was not confident the bed would not be successfully re-delivered.After waiting a few days for the warehouse to locate my bed support slats, on 6/28 Stickley sent via UPS new bed slats. They arrived Thursday, June 30.On July 1, Furniture Networks Solutions contacted me to set up the installation. The earliest date available was Wednesday July 13. Another 12 days without use of the bed we paid for. On July 13 Furniture Network Solutions arrived at my house and completed the installation of my bed.Kenny was professional & understanding. He answered my calls & emails. But the level of incompetency post purchase was something not seen by me in a long time. For a store that charges the prices they do, it is not expected or acceptable.I requested a $$$ credit and Stickley refunded approx 15% of the price as compensation for the inconveniences but it was not enough for me to ever shop there again. If you do shop there do not buy anything that needs to be delivered.

Exquisite service and knowledgeable representatives. It’s rare that a manager comes out and thanks you for your business as Mr. Brown did. Over all very impressive service.Second time purchasing from them and it keeps getting better and better.

I want to compliment the store manager Kenny. I had an issue with my parents order from over 10 years ago, and Kenny took the time to find the order and tell me what they purchased and next steps. He was so patient and attentive during this stressful time. He is an asset to your company!!

Bob’s Furniture is definitely the way to go! Flo was such a great help to me and my partner I was impressed with how patient and detailed she was with providing information as well as answering questions. And what a great personality which helped to have things flow with ease during the entire process while being our first time going to Bob's Furniture store .Bob’s furniture just a great vibe overall when shopping for furniture.Florence was awesome from the second I walked through the door. Very helpful and made the process so simple. Flo was very knowledgable and informative and made sure we walked out as happy customer. Looking forward to my new furniture..!!!!??

Wandered into Stickley some years ago during a heat wave to get out of the record temperatures, and was impressed by the variety of furniture and selection. Flash forward a few years later and Matthew Perreira has been very helpful as we upgraded our bedframe and mattress! Definitely stop by for a consultation if you're in the neighborhood and considering upgrading furniture in your home.

Outstanding experience at Stickley. Worked with Matthew Perreira on ordering a new bed today. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and went out of his way to track down the bed in a facility upstate, which turned out to be discontinued and not easily available. He was also an absolute pleasure to speak with, and full of helpful design advice -- he has a masters in furniture history and it shows! I would not hesitate to go back and work with him again.

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. Very long and sordid story.....just run away from them as fast as you can. What was once a company with top quality with amazing craftsmanship, now gets an F- as a grade on all fronts.

Two reasons I wouldnt make an investment into buying Stickley (i bought about 20k worth). One, the leather starts to fray rather quickly. I went in, to see about reupholstery and they said it would be cheaper to buy new. Second is that if you damage any of the wood, the stains they use are 'proprietary' or so they say. So you'll never be able to buy the stain to make a repair, and they no longer repair furniture. So the idea you can sand down a coffee table top in 5 yrs, and re-stain it is a fantasy. Unless you have the whole table sanded down. so stickley isnt furniture for life.

Stickley is pricey. But you cannot beat their quality. Their furniture should last a lifetime and it has good resale value. I found a bed that i really liked that was being discontinued. I spoke to Barbara B on the phone who was so lovely and she convinced me to come into the store. She really took the time to sit down with me and show me options (as the bed I really wanted was out of my price range) but she worked so hard and stayed a half hour late (which it seemed her boss was a bit annoyed with) She worked so hard in getting me all of the information which had been incorrect on the website! I finally decided to go with the more pricey bed because she was really lovely and convinced me that this bed would never cross my path again and in my heart I knew she was right! if you go to the this store, ask for Barbara.Update: my bed has not arrived. I was originally told 20 weeks, then told end of September beginning of October- hurry up abd go buy your mattress as it takes 6 weeks. End of September I’m told by Stickley December or January and I was the one who called and asked about it. Very frustrating.

I placed an order for a chair, sofa and loveseat more than 6 months ago, the chair arrived, supposedly, last week in Denver and in town delivery is another two weeks. The service is horribly slow and mediocre customer service. Save yourself money time and frustration by shopping elsewhere

Everything about this experience was positive. I worked with Grace Murray who has a keen eye and is a wealth of information. During a pandemic when delivery times are exceptionally long, her honesty and willingness to go the extra mile was truly appreciated. She guided me during three trips to the store until I felt comfortable with my purchase. Grace tailored her advice to what I personally needed. Instead of being anxious, I finally got excited. She sent delivery men to do a "Survey" -- measurements to make sure pieces would fit in the elevator and through the door. This is a great service. We will wait longer than usual for delivery due to supply chain issues but so is the rest of the country. Visit Stickley Furniture/Mattress on West 25th Street. You will be treated well and their sales are amazing!
