So nice experience with Zaza today because she made up for the NOT SO GREAT experience i had with the man i met here on Friday. I wanted to see more units of the size i wanted but he made a stern note of tone saying....the one he showed me was it. Am glad i got an opposite of that hospitality today. Zaza showed me up to six different units and was so patient to take me through all the registration process . Thank you Zaza.!!! You made my day. ?

After a terrible experience at another local storage facility, Jazzy made my move in as pleasurable and seamless as possible!Customer service and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. Facility is conveniently located and literally spotless!

Went and got a reasonable rate on a 5x8 unit. Zaza was very professional and very friendly. Very informative. Facility was very clean. Even got senior citizen discount. Yes you have to pay insurance and purchase their lock. Overall great deal. Better than most storage facilities. I highly recommend.

Facility staff is wonderful. Customer service 1 800# gave misinformation on facility hours, which affected us having to keep our truck rental an additional day when we could have gone to the facility.

Very organized and clean. Great staff, Zaza was so friendly and helpful. Any questions you had, she is quick to respond and very clears . Would definitely recommend a friend to come here for storage.
