I love this brand and this branch has a wide selection. When I bought a pair of sandals. It had some discoloration but the staff helped me order a new one. Every time i walk in they are very welcoming and offer me water ?

HORRIBLE. Terrible service low inventory. Waste of time and space. They have you pay for stuff and can't fulfill the need and cancel your order WITHOUT a refund and when you ask about it they refer you to your bank for an error they caused. They take NO accountability for anything. AWFUL!

I've been buying SW for years, decades and the quality, style, customer service never disappoints. Period! They have great sales but even at full price, the purchase is well worth it. I also love that they always have my size in SOMETHING I love. Shipping is free! Sometimes I get next-day delivery. I recommend.

It was my first time at this store and I was amazed at the excellent customer service. I was looking for a particular color pump which they did not have in the store. The sales associate - Sierra - advised that she would do some research and let me know if she found the color I wanted. I left my email and the next day she sent me a picture of the perfect pump in the color I wanted. She had it shipped and I received it in two days!

Last Sunday I bought my first pair Stuart Weitzman shoes at the 5th Avenue location, and I had a stellar customer service experience. Many of the shops on 5th Avenue can feel stuffy and stuck up- but not this store! Eric was an absolute dream of help and patience while I tried on several styles of boots. I landed on the Reserve Boot in black suede. The following day when I went to wear them I noticed an imperfection in the suede. I called the store, and the manager, Abby answered. She was super helpful, and suggested that if the suede brush I was given didn't take care of it, to bring them back in. The spot remained and I brought the shoes back on that Friday, and was helped by a lovely associate named Gladys. She and her colleague inspected the shoes and tried to brush the imperfection out. It didn't budge. They politely encouraged me to come back to the store when Abby was working so she could assist me. The next day I called ahead of stopping in. Abby called me back, encouraged me to come in, and told me she had already set aside another pair for me to exchange them for. I went in and it was nothing but 5 star professional service. We discussed the possibility of exchanging the suede for the Nappa leather as they are easier to care for, and there's less opportunity for imperfections. I tried on both and decided the suede were my favorite. Within minutes I was out the door with a new pair of boots, boxed up - no standing around for an exchange. Abby apologized for the multiple trips I had to make to exchange them- but I told her it was not an inconvenience to come each time and experience professional service. Thank you to everyone at this location, who helped me! Can't wait to buy another pair in the near future!

The worst customer experience I've ever had at a shoe store. The manager and assistant were completely unaware of the exchange policies and treated me like trash. For a longtime Stuart Weitzman shopper, their associates have completely turned me off from the brand. No wonder they are always offering 25-40% off, the company clearly isn't doing well, and poor customer service is probably to blame. Hope corporate addresses their staffing and blatant training issues ASAP!

I purchased a pair of pumps from this location approximately a year and a half ago and had the heel literally snap in half. I contacted Stuart Wietzman and they refused to repair the shoe and instead offered me a measly 20% discount code. Overall, the shoes are terrible quality and customer service is abysmal.

The sales there were really racist. My friend and I are Asian and wanted to try shoes, she gave us a really bad attitude and didn't want to serve us. When we went to do the online order, her attitude changed a bit. However, when a white lady came, the assistant manager changed her attitude so fast! She was really nice to the white lady. It's unbelievable how racist the sales are. When we wanted to see boots, all the other sales were just staring on the ipad. No service at all 😡
