If I could give negative stars I would. The guy that works here is such an ass - so rude and has a stick up his bum. Why work there if you're going to have a pouty face with each and every customer? Ended up going to the Ray-ban store in soho, which had impeccable customer service might I add.

Came here to adjust my Ray-Bans yesterday and the person who helped me was not only helpful, but great at their job. Store is well organized, and everyone was very friendly.

Came in here to browse and hopefully purchase a pair of sunglasses. Right away, a snotty store clerk demanded to know my price point. Taken aback, I replied around $200. He looked disgusted and told me "Only Raybans for that price point", gesturing me to a corner where the ray bans were displayed. It was extremely rude.I felt as though I were being belittled for not wanting to spend a small fortune on sunglasses. He was awful, looking down on me for my "meager" price point. What's really tragic was his bleached hair - really did not compliment his skin tone. I ended up finding a pair I liked but I'll buy them from a different website, I don't want to give such an unprofessional company my business.I'm a graduate student at Columbia paying my way through school. I'm not ashamed to find a good deal. I won't be stepping foot in a sunglasses hut again. Judging by the other negative reviews, it looks like this place is a train wreck. Avoid unless you enjoy being belittled.

I recently visited Sunglass Hut NoHo and was blown away by the exceptional customer service and fantastic selection of sunglasses. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses for my face shape and style preferences.The store had a wide range of high-quality sunglasses from top brands. The displays were well-organized, and the ample lighting made it easy to see all the different options.The store had a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of mirrors to try on sunglasses and get a good look at how they fit. The staff was patient and helpful as I tried on different styles and asked questions.Overall, my experience at this Sunglass Hut store was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with my new sunglasses. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of high-quality sunglasses and exceptional customer service.

Door was locked and I had to wait for someone to open it. Tried to go back and employee just talked to me at the door and didn't let me in. Very bad customer service

I have never encountered a more rude, horrendous, store manager. The man who appeared to be in charge was BEYOND unprofessional and I witnessed him harassing a female employee that was working from another store that day. Seems that other reviews also have referenced this man... absolutely unacceptable - when will someone step in here?

Came here with my family prepared to buy sunglasses but ended up leaving without a purchase. As we walked out, the sales made a mocking face to his colleague like we wasted their time. Of course I didn't buy, your glasses are filthy as !@# LOL. This is the first store ever I've seen that doesn't sanitize their glasses. There's literally no tray for you to put your glasses after you try them, in the middle of a pandemic too. I asked the sales for a new pair of the glasses on display, and he told me "those are new, no one wares them". Are you kidding? There's finger prints all over them... disgusting! In case you're wondering, I was the customer that asked you for they RayBan Polarized today, just want to make sure you know! Also, just to drive my point home, your store is disgusting and a health hazard.

Great small store, decent selection and super helful staff BUT really upset that the cheapest price found today was $157. My 2nd choice was over $200 and top choice was $300! These are sunglasses people!! Ha... Anyway, I remember SGHut having better pricing options but I am sure I will hear another Covid excuse...just be aware these are NOT budget sunglasses any longer....expect to pay $200+ if you come here!
