The location was very clean and organized. The staff was amazing!! Eduardo was so attentive and helpful! We’re looking for a product they didn’t have at the store, he called another store and shipped it to my house!! He even hand-written a thank you letter!! The attention to detail the staff of this store has was just amazing! And the shipping was very fast!

Love love Swarovski Jewerly in general. It's the best next to Diamond and Gold. What girl doesn't like Crystals'? The location is very clean and upscale. The customer service is always top-notch.

Sale representative that helped us yesterday was very well mannered and patient. She helped us pick out a beautiful set for my daughter's sweet 16. Wasn't pushy and even told us if we wanted to take a picture and come back that was ok. She won us over and we purchased the Tennis set. Thank you!!!

If I could give 0 stars to this place I gladly would. The most disgusting and aggressive racist employees, the shorter big blonde woman with long hair before choosing the apples we wanted to get we started talking to the nice hispanic employee about the city and making nice conversation and she violently snapped the items away from us and said'' what are they getting are they getting anything'' ?? Excuse me let's remember you work here and your attitude is clearly not competent and respectful enough to work in a store. I really hope they train their retail employees and give them an idea of how to not discriminate people when clearly they do not know how to be assertive in the organizational culture of the business AWFUL. Had to go to the other Swarovski where they are more emotionally and business intelligent and want to sell without taking out all their insecurities and frustration and unfortunate resentment on customers who do nothing but ask questions and take their time to choose the products.

Store timings listed were till 8pm. On reaching the store to pick up my order at 7.30 pm, I found the doors locked. No one received the phone despite calling numerous times.

I ordered earrings online. They were to be delivered to this store. 5 days after they called me to say they had them. I told the sales girl I will be there in 2 days. She said Swarovski had a new policy and they were to send everything back to corporate in one weekI am there speaking to her on the phone giving her the exact day I am coming in. She did not even need to bring up this policy. I said I can send the email that the company said for me to pick it up and the email said I had 2 Weeks to pick it up.I asked for the manager. And she fought with me saying repeating the one week policy. ????Really one can not think out of the box. I am speaking with you and saying I do not even live in NYC but I am able to pick up the earrings in 2 days that I already paid for online.I called corporate. They were quick to offer me a refund. They did not even try to save me as a customer. The company needs to give customer service training.And no - I will not be buying the wine and Champaign glasses this company sells that I wanted. I will never be a customer again.I just looked. They have 1 to many bad reviews in the past year. Not good reviews at all.
