What a beautiful store! This is the global flagship store and it does NOT disappoint. It’s massive and really incredible to see. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and it’s fun to look around. You can even pick the crystals you want to fill your pen there. Loved it.

This place is beautiful! I dropped in to pick up a holiday gift and was blown away with how pretty everything is! From the pink marble floors to the lighting on the walls, everything was absolutely perfect and the staff was ever so helpful!

First of all I just want to say everything in the ore is absolutely mesmerizing. I went in yesterday with my boyfriend and his family and he kept eyeballing this one ornament but didn’t get it, as his mom was checking out I asked Fatmata if she could help me by it secretly so he wouldn’t see it. She did an amazing job in being on the down low about it and not making it a big deal. She was so sweet about it too. The whole team in there is also super nice and friendly. I didn’t feel afraid to ask any questions about anything!!

I'm a frequent client and today I made a purchase for more than $800 at this store and I had the most uncomfortable experience with the lady who works there in the morning.She treated us in a very unprofessional way.Swarovski should hire people who don’t discriminate against Spanish people.
