The associate of this T-Mobile named Crystal or Catherine(I'm so sorry for forgetting, who's a Latina lady w good music taste) is the nicest, most helpful and patient one I ever met.While T-Mobile limits their store associates abilities so much that she had to communicate with the representives one after another over the phone (due to many of customer service representatives from T-Mobile are not well trained at all, not even familiar with the rate plans they have) for over an hour, she still kept her profession and patience amazingly, and really helped to solve my problem completely even when it past its store hours, unlike other T-Mobile stores I've been to which always encouraged me to do over the phone when phone representatives always put me back to stores. And what's even more she left her info for follow up.

I have had some great experiences buying phones over 10 years but the bad ones are impossible to overlook. I left my phone there for minor adjustment and when I got home discovered that the sim card was broken in half. Another time I went in on a Friday evening near closing a staff member greeted me, handed me off to a guy who looked like an intern and then she and the rest of the staff bolted. He picked up and slowly searched on his ipad every time I asked a question and he was half asleep

I was assisted very good when purchasing my SIM card for the holidays. This was much cheaper than the other mobile phone shops I visited in New York. Friendly staff as well. The coverage was great as well. Very recommendable.

I was sold a pair of horrible sounding Beats headphones that I took out of the box only once. I returned them tonight and received my refund, only to get a call back from a man who appeared to be the manager. I did not get his name. He proceeded to mention the headphones did not match the serial number on the box and that he would be reversing my refund. I went back into the store (9306) to find what appeared to be the entire staff huddled up over the headphones sold to me. The manager went on about how he would not accept the headphones and would not be refunding me. He explained that the box had been opened outside of the store. I explained that the box was opened by the rep, Anthony, who sold me the headphones. I put them on, on the way to the train and they were horrible. I put them back in the box and never opened the box again. No matter how much I tried to explain that this was the way this item was sold to me, he wouldn't hear it. I let him know I did not appreciate his accusations and I would contact my card company regarding my refund. I called to file a formal complaint. Unfortunately, as of October 1st, T-Mobile corporate headquarters support line to file a formal complaint has been shut down. I did complain through customer service. I will not be sold a horrible item, and to add insult to injury, then be accused of doing something funny with a pair of headphones. I want my refund in full. I've never felt so disrespected.

Rob and Isaiah were so amazingly professional and helpful and knowledgeable! Rob helped me with my iCloud storage and software! I only came in to make a payment! They guided me through exchanging my sim card (which no other store rep mentioned, nor did customer service hotline mention this) They both answered all of my questions concisely, gave me info regarding my upgrade and processed a payment, all without making me feel rushed! Stellar service for sure! They also were very kind and great at building rapport! I will definitely come to this location for all of my mobile device and payments. They were both quite exceptional!

I called today and was surprised the store was open.It was a dream come true during this pandemic.My iPhone headset broke and most stores were closed.After calling this location, Jordan was very kind and put it on hold for me.Another store wanted to charge $50 and T-Mobile sells it for $29, the same price as the Apple store.Thank you so much!

I had a limited amount of time to pick up a new phone. Although the store was empty when I walked in and there were 4 employees on the floor, they took their time getting to me. When I was being helped, the employee was not helpful, offered no recommendations and then told me it would take a few minutes to get the phone I wanted set up. I decided to wait - and in that time, I was left to stand there. No one engaged in conversation with me or really acknowledged me at all. I was told my phone would be ready shortly. When the phone finally came out, the phone wasn't ready. in fact, they said they didn't actually have the one I wanted, but had the 2 more expensive models. Nope. What did I do all that waiting for? Overall, an unpleasant frustrating experience.
