I had a complicated issue that was not getting resolved by customer service or another corporate store. When i spoke to Victor at this location, he patiently listened, understood the issue and called me back with the correct person at customer service on the line and the issue was resolved in 10 min. He is a fantastic customer service manager and just is a nice, pleasant, helpful person. I wish T-mobile could clone him or have him train other reps and manager at other locations.

Came here to get my new phone cel service set up. And had an Apple Watch question. Ruby was a professional stud! Easy going. Helpful. And thorough. The service went longer than expected…he checked and rechecked stuff. And we had some fun laughs. This is not an easy job folks…! Have patience. And thanks T-mobile store peeps! ✌????

The staff are very rude especially the colored lady she acting like a robot not human I went to the store on Saturday she was closing the door I just asked her are you open tomorrow Sunday she didn't reply to me and slammed the door on my face can you imagine that she will not answer yes or no because the working time is finished how many seconds will take to say yes or no that was very rude and unprofessional she shouldn't work in customer service tomorrow I will try to get her name I hate to deal with T mobile anymore I will change my service because of her she should have a discipline for her attitude and behavior I am one from many customers who are going to leave T mobile service and find another mobile service company because of the mistreatment and rudeness of the customer service staff that should never happen again.

I have severe social anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, and have recently gone through the roughest week of my life. I am terrified of technology. I came into the 233 Broadway office on Monday and they were rude and dismissive. I left the office out of anxiety. I was going to cancel my phone plan and get a prepaid phone. I decide to try T-Mobile one more time. I walk into this location and was met with such kindness and unconditional love.Derrick kindly and calmly explained my options without upselling me. If I knew they worked on commission, I would have bought everything I could from him. He could tell I was struggling and gave me grace.The manager saw my out of state ID. She asked me about where I live currently. I know the history of my neighborhood, and I do my best to respect it, but I frankly can't afford to live anywhere else. I feel safer in Brooklyn today than I do in my hometown today. I want to live back home, but I am in fear of my life there. All my life living in nyc, a lot of people did not understand that. I thought I was the problem.I come back on Wednesday and was met with even more kindness and love from the other employees. I got free SWAG! They talked to me about their own experiences and what they have been dealing with. I won't get into details, but they gave me hope when I was at the lowest point of my life. The manager, on the other hand, snapped at me when I accidentally laughed about something I didn't understand. I was put on medication but I was not properly informed how to take it so I was not thinking straight. I was about to cry but the employees gave me such love and compassion, I did not cry. I am no longer afraid of the world. I am going to change my life. I am going to law school to become a civil rights lawyer. I no longer care about money (not that I was making a lot at my old job anyways lol).These employees are severely overworked and underpaid. Please give them fair wages, benefits, and reasonable hours. They work on commission. I had no idea. The bureaucracy of T-Mobile and the way entitled customers act is causing management to lash out and be scared. If every employee was like Derrick and the rest of the team there, I would be a customer for life. If every employee was like management, I would go back to having a flip phone so I don't have to interact with people. I choose love. I will go back to this store for the rest of my life as long as the same people are there.
