Had an excellent customer experience getting a new phone after having mine stolen with Chris, Miguel, and Marcello's aiding me in setting up my new phone, moving over my iCloud, and activating my cellular plan. Really appreciated the team's patiences, kindness, and knowledge!

I've been a T-Mobile business customer for several years. I went into this store today but (10/17/2023) because I was out working and left my charger at home. I've been to several T-Mobile locations before today to charge my phone when it was low.I was told by a young lady today that this location doesn't allow charging of phones. She told me the manager doesn't allow people to charge their phones. I asked even for loyal T-Mobile customers. She said yes. I asked to speak to the manager. She said he was in a meeting.I just know I'll NEVER visit this location. I didn't feel like a valued member of T-Mobile.

I went in for a simple upgrade and left with a whole new phone and with a promotion I didn’t know I qualified for thank to Miguel. He was so kind, patient, and respectful and broke down my expense in an easy to understand way.

One of the best stores in Manhattan. I went 3 different locations before I could find a solution to my problem. The staff here is so friendly. I spoke to Olivia and she had a solution for everything I was having an issue with. I will never go to any other location doesn't matter if I have to wait an hour.

Normally I wouldn’t leave a review for a big company but I had a great experience here. I’m visiting and needed a prepaid plan and SIM. Wendy was incredibly professional and got me and my partner set up quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before we left the store. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Not sure if it's sciccor or ceasor however it's spelled, the guy said T-mobile doesn't port number in from Att prepaid. He told me his Manger's name is Wendy. So this is for Wendy please hire proper stuff or you'll just lose customers and ruin the reputation of tmobile. What a waste of time. The guy talked in such a way that we were asking for some type of favor. I will never again recommend a single people to go there and will make sure to report this to tmobile and send an official complaint letter.
