Hello.I visited the T Mobile store located at 124 West 124th street,New York,NY,10001 on February 11th 2024. At the time I upgraded my device which was the Samsung S22 Ultra to the Samsung S24 Ultra. When I transferred everything over from the old the phone to the new phone I didn't realize that certain things would be missing from the old phone. I am missing text messages from it. Some of the text messages werent backed up to Google. If I would have known this I would have stayed in the store longer to make sure all of my text messages were transferred to the new phone. Is there any way I can retrieve these messages? If so please get in touch with me.

Shout out to Pabel for the best customer service experience, professionalism and patience he extended to us. I switched from a different carrier to T-Mobile, and I’m just glad I did, all thanks to this great guy. I hope all staff are like Pabel. I even had to call him again to ask for help and even though he is almost going home, he patiently helped me with my query. I would say I love this location as well, no long wait and great ambiance as well

Violation of privacy ? ?Went into a T-Mobile store to get a sim card. But was ask for a state ID to identify myself. This is a gross violation of my rights and consideration the 18 levels of verification that they use to identify me already I think is a bit much. I will be seriously considering leaving T-Mobile for service provider that doesn't need my blood type to verify me as a customer. SMH?

I love this location, they have iPhones in stock! I've upgraded my phone twice at this location. Jamile is the best! She's so patient and got me the best upgrade deal. I wished I would known her sooner. My phone was having technical issues and she broke down my costs with ease. I work as a realtor so I have A LOT of videos on my phone. This is the location that's big enough with a big desk in the back where I can work and also wait 2 hours to upgrade my phoneHighly recommend this location even if it's in crazy Midtown. Jeff the manager is also really nice too.Thanks TMobile 34th for making this process so seamless. I love my new phone.

Had a bad experience in store. The customer service rep that was tending to me kept getting distracted and talking to other people and coworkers while they were helping me and it generally delayed my time there. Would recommend something else.

Biggest headache I’ve ever had. Alex didn’t apply some promotion and my trade in so now I have to call T-Mobile every month cause they’re over charging.
