I went inside this store on Friday and I was the only customer. It took about 5 mins for someone to ask if I needed assistance. One was on her phone, another 2 was chatting up a storm.This store needs a new set of staff

I was hoping to either repair my phone or buy a new one, I left the store with neither. Don't waste your time here unless you're switching carriers, you'll find better customer service elsewhere.

The staff at this store are very knowledgeable about the service this company offers. I have been visiting this location since day one when it opened. Last time I visited was to upgrade the sim card in a few devices I own and they just not did upgrade professionaly but also they extend the courtesy to further investigate and compared my current service to get me a better deal at no cost at all. I would highly recommend to take into consideration to visit this store and speak to one of the associate before purchasing a new device or enroll in a new phone service. Note that I am not highlighting the company service or promocion, my focus and opinion is intended to highlight customer service at this store.

Two weeks ago, I came to this store to put an e-sim in my phone. But there was some technical error and the store employee said that this can be done only after a complete reboot of the phone and a return to factory settings. In general, she said that it was necessary to erase. I was very surprised, because before that I was installed e-sim without rebooting and there were no problems. After all, now it is 2023 and this procedure is done by many operators remotely. I asked to call technical support to clarify this issue. The employee rudely answered me that it was not necessary and she herself knew what to do. In the end, I agreed to erase. And what do you think? Of course, it didn't help! All apps were removed from my phone and all settings were downed, but the error still remained!(Then I spent a lot of time restoring my settings!). Only after that the employee guessed to call technical support and ask what needed to be done. And at first, she began to ask incorrect and unethical questions. She asked if I had an original iPhone! It's very unprofessional! As a result, after an hour and a half, only thanks to technical support, I was installed an e-sim. Although the procedure always takes a maximum of 10 minutes! After everything was done, the employee didn't even say goodbye to me and apologized to me! She just turned her back on me and left!! That's rudeness! If she communicated with me respectfully, I would not even write this review. After that, I decided to refuse to be a client of T-Mobile. Thank you for helping me choose another operator.

this store was so horrible. i pay a seguro and they couldn’t give me a screensaver because they said i don’t pay a seguro. we called t mobile and they said we do have so like wth is wrong with the people from the store. the people we called in t mobile said that they’re going to send me a screen protector and i wasted my time being in this store.

My mom and I went here to upgrade our phones. We were greeted by a girl with big curly hair and glasses. My mom explained to her what we wanted to do. The associate told us to call sprint to separate my line so that I could have my own bill. We spent 30 to 45 mins on the phone in store and separated the bill. Then when we went to upgrade our phones, another unpleasant worker took us. I have to say this because no one told us their names and I didn’t see any name tags. On the phone, we were assured and we could upgrade, however, with the unpleasant associate and even more unpleasant manager, we were told otherwise. My mother stepped away with the associate and the manager. A short heavy set Hispanic male with short hair proceeded to berate my mother and I with another associate saying how “stupid” and “***** we were for calling and how much money we would have saved. This was my first experience here and I won’t ever return.
