Newly renovated but the selection is limited, you may need to go to a larger store or have them order what you need. It is good because it’s often not too busy but closes at 7pm.

Autopay discount now requires a bank card or a debit card. — t-mobile regularly has data breaches. Your social security number will end up in the hands of hackers. — your phone number will be spammed. Your email will get junk and phishing attempts. — T-Mobile does not protect your personal identifiable information! — do not get t-mobile.

Defective product. They were unhappy that I chose a mid tier product instead of the most expensive one.Ended up not working and they insisted there was nothing that they could help with. No refunds or exchangesIf that's the case at least make sure the stuff I'm getting works! They couldn't wait for me to be out of the store and out of their faces.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLEInstead of boring you with the whole story here is the summary:- they lied about what services would be included with our plan- despite seeing written proof of what was said, they lied and said their agent never said that- they lied about how we could get our phone set up- when we tried to get our phones set up, Apple showed T-Mobile had a problem with their system, we were on the phone with them AT THE APPLE STORE for over 3 hours and T-Mobile had no idea what was wrong- we wound up returning the phones since they could never made them work and going back to our old phones- it cost us an extra $700 with other providers to remedy their errors- we cancelled within two weeks of signing up- they tried to get us to pay them $2000+ for two weeks service- when we confronted them, the female manager's answer was "our rep knows enough that she never would have told you that and so you are lying"DO NOT USE TMOBILE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Awesome customer service. Was in and out with new phone in less then 10 minutes. Associate who helped me was honest about one of the phones being returned over 100 times in a week. Only 4eason didn't give 5 stars was he didn't offer insurance and within 20 mins of walking out of store some lady knocked phone out of my hand and busted whole screen. $200 wasted. But not their fault.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Lenny and his team on 2/12! I had an issue with my phone that ended up taking two hours to resolve and they were all so patient and friendly and made sure not to let me leave until the problem was solved.

I came in looking for wifi that I can take with me when I travel, and use at home. Noor was super helpful with the solutions! If you're reading this, thanks again Noor!I now have cheaper wifi than I had with Spectrum, and I can bring it with me!

Employees are kind of rude and get into customers conversations without people asking for their opinion. If I’m talking with my partner, the representative doesn’t need to make a comment of what I’m talking about. They didn’t even helped us with what we needed, he was more focused in my conversation than figuring out my problem. Not coming back.
