Terrible service. There are 2 consultants working. The rest are sitting at lunch. A queue of customers that are simply ignored. I came here several times because I live nearby, every time I had negative emotions. The employees don't want to work, this is the worst t-mobile in the city.

The personnel have been patient and helpful in resolving an apparent problem with the return of a deposit on an Internet Gateway. However it took multiple visits to the store to resolve the issue. Ultimately "Wendy" took on the issue and was excellent in getting to a conclusion.

WORST SERVICE EVER AT THIS STORE! Every time you go to this store for help the workers make you feel like you bothering them. Instead of helping you they set you up for failure and they lie about bills and service. There is a female who set up my account, we switched from Verizon. She completely lied about everything. I live a 2 minute walk from this store and I rather travel 2 hours to another t mobile location than to go here again.

Not rating the store could care less about the store experience, I want to praise the Samsung S23 ultra, dammmm it's a monster phone, I use it in the gym, keeps on working, put it in my gym bag keeps on working, sweat all over it keeps on working, see the pattern, it's a great and durable phone, and the tech in this phone is phenomenal. Am not to savy on the tech lingo, all I can say is a great dammmm phone, am glad I got it instead of the iPhone, just my humble opinion, so thanks Samsung, don't mess up on the next phone, cause am getting it....

Horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this store at all. Some of the staff are ghetto and unprofessional. Staff will talk about customers to their colleagues while in their presence, in Spanish assuming you won’t understand what their saying. They have no patience when you have technical issues with your phone. I will be calling the corporate office so they can investigate this store. I believe most of the staff should be trained properly on customer service as well as being more organized.

Have came to this T-Mobile location several times within a week to get assisted with my phone , account , etc. Every time I went , I was welcomed & received with great service from all staffing. 10/10 would recommend this location & it’s team. Thank you guys again <3

Very friendly and competent staff. I went there to return our old iPhones after an upgrade. I was immediately met by a very professional and helpful employee, who knew exactly what he was doing. He even showed me my bill for the next month, making sure that the offer we were promised for the upgrade was there.
