I visited this store (307 Madison), the store was empty and there were two workers in the store, a man and a woman. The man was extremely rude when I asked if I could charge my phone, as a t mobile customer. So I visited another store (466 Lexington) and they helped me without hesitation. That store was full! Customer service means alot!!! I didn't catch the man's name at the Madison store but I was there at 11:45 on 12/26.

Spenser was really nice and professional, I got my iPhone mini upgraded with him, he was respectful and kind, but whenever he would ask the female manager for help she would give him attitude in front of me, I even had to ask her is everything okay and she said yes... like whatever drama you guys have keep that away from the customer because I felt the tension and the attitude of the manager it's like she was bother by him, then I witness the manager just being dry to the old lady, she asked for help and the female manager said I'm helping the guy in the front, I work in customer service and I would have just said I'm so sorry I'm helping the guy in the front but as soon as I'm done I can help you too, instead she said if it's a quick question then I can help and the lady looked bother and said no its okay I'll wait and then after I was done, spencer helped the old lady, no matter if you don't like an employee as a manager you have to stay professional and do not show that kind of behavior to the customer. I am writing this because her energy made me feel uncomfortable and I work in customer service and that's disappointing to see.

The customer service employees are very welcoming. I was assisted by a nice employee who did my service with kindness and patience. Her sales Rep#:****427. T-mobile has a good coverage and service.

Don't even bother coming here. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years with the same exact plan. Today my data suddenly stopped working so I decided to go to the nearest T-Mobile store for assistance. I went to the store on Madison Ave and 42nd street ( 8/14/2023 around 3 pm) and I told the female representative my data isn't working. No verbal communication from her at all, she took my phone turned airplane mode off and on and returned my phone to me. I checked to make sure my data was working, but it still wasn't working. Her response was, "WELL it was just working". I then showed her photos were not loading. She then asked for my ID and scanned it into the system, glanced at my account and told me my plan does not come with data and I have to buy data. I was so confused I told her I had the same plan for years therefore there has to be a mistake. She then insisted I have no data and have to pay for it to be added to my plan and literally sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes at me. I was so shocked of her demeanor and attitude towards me when I was being polite and trying to resolve this issues. I asked if someone else can assist and she called over a guy and he's also with an attitude is telling me, "LIKE she said you have no data plan". I just left and called 611 and they were able to resolve the issue. I have a data plan and the rep simply adjust issue with the system. What is the point of having a T-Mobile store when these representatives have no proper customer service skills nor patient to assist customers. I didn't get the female's name but she has a nose piercing and her hair was up in a bun. You can not suck your teeth and roll your eyes if someone is having issues with the T-mobile services, but I am glad the 611 rep was nice and able to help me resolve the issue.

Sao spent about 90 mins on the phone helping me resolve an issue. He was transferred probably 12 times and didn’t give up. Give that man a raise!

Me and 5 of my family members are loyal to T mobile for at least 10 years. This branch has a bad customer service! So rude! I asked one of the employees about the features of the phone and he answered me " I have no idea, You have to google it! " Good thing i forgot to get his name . I should've mentioned him here in my review. So disappointed with this lazy rude man. He has a curly black hair and a curly black beard. Now, because of him, we will upgrade our phones to other provider not to T mobile anymore. Rude! Just rude! If there is only 0 zero star. I would rate this branch ZERO!

Finally a smart and patient person at a phone store Uniqua Morgan assist manager got my phone changed from over priced Verizon to the senior plan at tmobile. Tried the day before at at&t and could not get their service which it turns out better now that I found tmobile

This store is fantastic. I came from Switzerland to NYC and wanted to get a SIM. My phone has two slots, but stuff in other shops (AT&T, Verizon) somehow messed this up, so 2.5h wasted... Came here, a young lady looked at the phone (one plus 7pro) and solved it within seconds. 2 minutes later the phone was hooked up to the US system... Great job you made my day
