Place hasn't changed in what feels like at least 20 years. Really dated interior and no kiosks either. Food still decent though.

They got rid of Pizza Hut (The oven is literally still in the kitchen)??. The signs were removed as well beside the awning It's just a regular Taco Bell now .July 2023

Staff was pleasant, someone needs to order new tables or bolt them down as it was hard to find one that wasn't wobbly.

I like this Taco Bell in union square for there Fiesta Veggie Burrito it is very fulfilling.Vegetarian options: If your desire is vegetarian you can order the Fiesta veggie Burrito ? ? You can also order the Black beam Quesarito or the Black bean Crunchwrap supreme this is just a few items.

As an out-of-towner wandering through NYC on a rainy Tuesday night, walking back to my hotel after a company holiday party, I happened to pass this glorious American institution and decided to stop in for a bite.The staff was friendly and indicated my acceptance into the tribe with a brotherly title ("bro"), and the generous offer of a fist bump.The cheesy gordia crunch was exquisite, unlike other establishments with their stale tortilla and lackluster quantity of cheese.The atmosphere met my high expectations, with the only exception being a slightly wet floor (however, I could not in good conscience ding them for this infraction, as I was mainly responsible for this by failing to pack an umbrella and walking in the rain for 30 minutes).10/10, would return, and do recommend.

Food was served very quickly. Attentive workers. Garbage cans are always at capacity, can be better managed. Food was good. Pizza hut food can be more fresh, was served semi warm pizza and breadsticks. Tacobell food is fresher.

I usually do not ever leave reviews, in fact this is my 1st one. This was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I never felt more less than a person until I’ve entered this location. My bf and I made two separate orders at 3:48am. I received mine and they told my bf 7 minutes. 15 minutes later they said it’s not ready yet. 15 more minutes I asked for a refund and one worker directed me to somebody else and that somebody else said she could not issue a refund because it hasn’t hit their system yet when I’m literally holding the receipt. They proceeded to not give me any updates and acted as if I wasn’t even standing there. It took for me to dismantle a hand sanitizer station and getting out of character for the lady to acknowledge me and say “you can’t play with that” after they played with my kindness, patience, time and money. It was now 4:48am and one of the cooks finally came over and asked for my receipt. Even w/ my receipt in the worker’s hand he was still acting oblivious asking me questions when all of the answers is right on my receipt. Literally other customers had to chime in for us because they were beginning to wait just as long. They didn’t even apologize to any of us. They lack professionalism. I also work customer service and I understand when things can become overwhelming but you should never ignore and not provide any updates especially when it’s been over 45 minutes for a simple combo order. One receipt is when I placed the order and the other is when I finally received a refund that they worker lied and said I couldn’t get until “it hits their system”. Also if you cannot manage the amount of customers you physically have present in the store then management needs to take initiative and turn off their doordash and Uber orders to tend to the ppl that took their time to walk, drive, bike, ride the train and spend their money at their establishment 1st.

Updated to 5 stars on 11/1/21They offer dine in which many other fast food joints in the vicinity don't.Floor, tables, and counters were visibly clean, albeit I came at a time that wasn't busy. Service and orders were fulfilled swiftly. Try the app for a $5box deal not offered at the counter. Free refills, dine-in available, and free wifi. It almost gets the 5 stars, but my only two grievances are that some value menu items are twice as expensive as other Taco Bells, and they only have two types of diet sodas.

Avoid going to this Taco Bell location everyone! The reason why I’m saying that is because 1, the place looks dirty including the bathrooms and kitchen. 2, the staffs at the counter is very rude. 3, there are a bunch of homeless and mental people taking over the space. One of them was harassing me over my race. There is no security guard in this restaurant, so they invade the space whenever they feel like. This place is not that safe to enjoy the decent meal! So please don’t come here, and find another place to eat!

1) place is filthy. Both front of house and when you look back into the kitchen 2) staff rude. 3) Franchisee chooses not to take Amex, even though most Taco Bell locations do. Reflects poor on brand and I chose to go elsewhere and won't ever step inside here again
