My experience today at Target was not a typical one. This target had rudest customer service, by someone who said they were a manager, Kalina I believe was her name. I will not return to this target!I had no choice but to return to this target on the same day to resolve an issue-- big thanks to Alexis, Destiny, and Sophie for all assisting/solving my problem & for being way nicer than their coworker!!

Target is my second home lol. This target was particularly amazing because, hello, it's in NYC. In the outside it looks tiny but it was surprisingly large inside. You walk in and there's an escalator downstairs to the clothes and makeup, pharmacy, groceries etc. Checkout is upstairs. Pre Black Friday sales were in effect and the store was well organized and stocked.

It's nice to be able to buy a lot of things at a good price in the middle of New York.

Yesterday 11/1/23 at about 3:25 a target employee opened the dressing room door while I was getting changed. She did not offer an apology and was banging on the door as I hurried to get my own clothes back on after such an experience. In the future she should knock before opening that style of a dressing room. Very embarrassing experience. I wish I had gotten her name.

Update: Yesterday I grabbed a really kawaii throw pillow and equally kawaii desk lamp. Minus the $10 gift card that I used and my total was $5 something. Surely can't beat that.

Does not have everything you might need but it works when you need a few things.

A grocery store where you can also buy other products. The products are not that easy to find because there is no logical division. The staff isn't particularly trying either. The shop is already a bit old. You often have to wait in line at the checkout for a long time. It used to be a lot better.

The store on 34th Street Herald Square is extremely disappointing. I honestly felt like I was in a bad comedy skit. All the products were locked down. I had three really poor interactions in a row with sales associates. I asked a woman who was working adjacent to a product I was interested in that was locked down that I needed a locked item. The woman made no move to assist me. The two associates in succession had these very flat effects. "Wait, am I not a customer--you are really not doing me a favor, it's your job!". Later, I asked another sales associate stocking items in what aisle another product was-she was rude and unengaging. Please close this store; it is horrid and an embarrassment to the Target brand! It it far too expensive real estate to waste it on a bad business model.
