Jersey City location needs a while new team from management down. I've purchased through order pickup numerous times and decided to shop in person for wild caught Mahi Mahi as well as buy some other items too. Staff didn't wanna go out in the back to get the mahi mahi saying my order pickup was months ago and things have changed when it was confirmed by another employee that wasn't allowed to leave her station. Laziness to a T! The only person I can remember is Cristal (who tried to help me) but the other 2 ladies one management with tattoos and girl with red weave no good! Dated: 4/25/23

If you buy a gift card there be careful they accept just the card number written on piece of paper…. That is how mine was spent in Santa Ana California while it was still in envelope in Colorado… just wanted to add that the gift card was purchased online using a target credit card and they responded we can’t help you after what definitely appears to be a inside job… beware of target!

No response from anyone about a complaint I had to file.The store doesn't answer their phone! I'm handicap and I wanted my order for drive up ..but when I got there my order said pick up in store! I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the store, so I had to get someone to go into the store to get my order. All this could have been avoided but they just don't answer their phone!!

Two years ago black Friday I ordered a wireless printer. I also ordered the extended warranty to go along with it a year after I had the printer it broke I consistently contacted target which they sent me through their insurance company back-and-forth for six months. Finally they came to the agreement that they would replace the printer here it is past the time of the warranty still never received a replacement printer. I feel like I was robbed. I give them zero for customer service buyers beware.

Closing our online account as of today & would never spend another penny due to the rude conduct of a so-called manager at the Summerville, SC store location as of today. They would not accept a Purina manufacturer coupon for a case of wet cat food up to $32.99, which they have accepted many times before. The rude, incompetent said she "would" not override it, though she could easily have & gave us no valid reason, other than she wouldn't & felt she didn't have to further explain herself. Target Corporation must be very proud of the idiots they hire to manage their stores...just pathetic....

Terrible customer service and their Shipt department sucks even more. They didn't deliver either of the 2 orders that I placed on the exact same day. No one wanted to be accountable for their actions and blamed everyone else. Whenever you ask for a manager, you're put on hold for hours or told that they have to send an email for them to contact you back, which can take anywhere from 24-48 hours or 7-10 days, according to their employees. Highly disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service received at the Fultondale, Al location in the electronics dept. This is the worse customer service experience ever and it has me looking at Target in a different light. The sales associate, Michael acted as if he was mad at the world and would not even greet me when I spoke to him. I proceeded to tell him what I needed and he showed very little interest in responding. He simply walked off with the expectation that I would follow him, which is what I did. As if things could only get better after spending $549.99 on a TV and wall mount on 11/27/22. It was not until after I used my debit card, that I realized that I should have used my Red Card to receive additional savings. I asked him if I could correct the issue and he told me if I did, it would charge my card twice. I would need to s/w customer service up front to resolve the matter. I mentioned that usually the sales associates would ask customers if they wanted to place their purchase on their Red card. This guy looked at me as if I was speaking a different language. I then proceeded to the customer service counter where I was told something similar, which did not make sense. I then asked one of the young ladies if they stopped reminding customers to use their Target/Red cards. She replied saying, if you purchased an item from electronics, they will not remind you; only up front in the cashier line will this be mentioned. How ridiculous it that?!?! So I assume Target does not want anyone to save money when purchasing large ticket items. I always looked at Target as high end in comparison to their competitor, Wal-Mart. However, this experience was just another day on the low-end of customer care. Target, please start valuing your customers' experience when they are spending their hard earned money.

While understand quality control of products I do not understand waiting 15 minutes for a team member to open a display. Further more I was told to keep waiting while they locate a key. I think 15 minutes with no word is enough time. Horrible customer service!

This company in PR does not indicate to its clients that they do not have insurance for their golf cart and they charge double for minimum repairs. they are thiefs. I paid 4,000 for a scratch and a seat that was previously rotten

WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! NOW THAT THE SEARS AND KMART BOTH PULLED OUT OF SANTA BARBARA, THE 2 TARGET STORES HAVE TURNED OFF THEIR STORE PHONES SO NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY, WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK OR WHAT DEPARTMENT - EVEN ORDER PICKUP - THAT YOU TRY TO REACH, IT RINGS FOR 6 MINUTES THEN DISCONNECTS.I'VE CALLED THE "CORPORATE OFFICE'' NUMBER 5 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS TO COMPLAIN THAT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES AT EITHER OF THEIR SANTA BARBARA STORES AND EACH TIME I'M TOLD THAT THEY HAVE DOCUMENTED MY COMPLAINT AND EMAILED THE STORE MANAGER DIRECTLY AND YET NOTHING CHANGES. WHY TURN ON THE RINGERS ON THE PHONES IF YOU'RE GOING TO ACTUALLY HAVE TO ANSWER THE PHONES AND DO YOUR JOB??? OH THE HORROR OF BEING EXPECTED TO GIVE CUSTOMERS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!WHAT A HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For months I took into consideration the fact that the Mentor Ohio store was being remodeled. It was in quite a bit of disarray everywhere. But the remodeling is over and the store is still a big mess. Merchandise on the floors everywhere, clothing not folded in the displays, shopping carts filled with merchandise all over the store in great numbers. What is happening to Target?I know customers can be very careless and sloppy and you may be short of help but I don’t understand how local management or corporate can allow this to continue. On our local Facebook page there are so many complaints about the store and people are saying they refuse to shop there. Staff members told me complaining to local and regional management is useless. Nothing is being done. So, now I am reporting this to corporate. Let’s see if they are listening!

My store has been a complete mess for months. I rang the bell for dressing room assistance, with no luck. But, I did see several employees hanging out and having a great time with other employees. Plus the only lanes open were self checkout.

I want to say I just left the Target in Ofallon, IL and I love, love, love seeing representations of black and brown people around the store. From the books and toys to carrying products by black owned companies. It’s truly nice to see the diversity!
