I get there at 935. Closed! They are supposed to be open at 930. Everyone who works there is late? It’s disrespectful and insulting to customers.

Open But Deserted: No tellers at the counter, customer rep said they were "counting the vault" with no ETA when they would reappear. Not helpful to customers waiting, who had to walk to other branches. Never experienced that before.

Simran, Ashley, Katie! The kindest and most helpful group. Regardless of where I am in the city I know if I make a trip here, I will get everything sorted and all my questions answered. Highly recommend this TD Branch.

Kind staff but notary thats only in one day a week doesn't really count as "notary services" as listed on their site.

Had by far one of the worst experience with a banker here. Had my card blocked from zelle transactions and went to the branch to have it fixed. However, a middle aged lady was giving attitudes. Even more, she somehow went on to literally cut my card and told me to come back tomorrow to get a new one. When I went to the other branch on 3rd ave today, the banker was super nice and gave me a new card. But he told me that it was completely unnecessary to destroy my card. Either fix your attitude or get better at you job, please.

I am a longtime customer and was walking by this bank branch location on 2/15/2021 at around 10:15PM, your night cleaner (hispanic looking, male) proceeded to purposely step out of atm vestibule to unmask and spit in my face. In light of the ongoing pandemic, this is completely unacceptable. If i get covid, I will be filing a lawsuit. Id give zero stars and will look for other avenues of escalation. i should be allowed to file criminal charges. I am a longtime resident of this neighborhood so expect action

The worst bank I have ever been to. Cash machine took my cash and did not register the deposit and ate my banking card. After being kept waiting for almost a half an hour the teller told me that she would open up a claim but my money probably wouldn't be in the account for a few days. This is a problem because I have payments debited automatically and without the cash in the account I would be severely penalized. She said there was nothing she could do about it except file a claim and hopefully the cash would be accounted for. She then went on to claim that the ATM machines in the bank are not their responsibility despite the fact that there are TD Bank logos all over them... she didn't even put an out of order sign on the machine after all that happened.Stay away from this bank at all costs, better to stash yourmoney under your mattress...Update...bank never returned money stating that they had no record of a deposit...this bank is a criminal enterprise...I've heard of people robbing banks, but not of banks robbing people!

ever wonder how TD BANK 'appears' to be so customer friendly---well, i found out---great training/great employee benefits---NOPE---F****ING FEES THAT WILL BANKRUPT YOU!---it is nuts that you will be charged $35 if your account is negative at anytime during the day (so if you deposit $250 at 9:28 and TD had paid a debit card charge at 8:51---$35 )---if you transfer money from your savings account to checking (more than 6 times/month)---$9.00---if an electronic transaction is declined---$35---NO ONE AT TD BANK IS BEING INCONVENIENCED BY AN ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION---NOTHING WAS DONE---WHY ARE YOU CHARGING $35?---i found a GREAT BANK in BOSTON that is 100% online with NO FEES---RADIUS BANK (offers everything TDBANK does without fees)....

This branch has some of the best employees I've ever dealt with that a TD Bank. If you're going to go to the TD Bank in the city this is the one you want to go to
