On Friday Febuary 9, I went to the drive thru at the Madison Ave Branch. First of all, she didn't acknowledge me. I told her I want to withdraw $200.00 from my Checking account.She asked for my ID and my card. Then send me a code to my phone. Now I'm checking my account and noticed that she took the money from the wrong account, my Savings .

Went in for a new card (lost mine) . As soon as I walk in an African American female was already staring me. I was in my porter uniform btw. Ima doorman/porter. When I went to a teller to get a new card, she jumps in mid explanation and says "I got it" . we go to her desk, she looks me up based on the info I gave her, showed her my state ID..she ask "do I have anything else. I say I wasn't aware I needed something better than my ID. She days there's a lot of ppl with my name in the system. I say "with the same address?" She shrugs. As I give her my social, I'll start asking her general questions about my account, her replies were "look in the app". Basically I was stereotyped as soon as I went in. You should have seen the look of disappointment in her face when she realized i wasnt committing fraud. Won't be going there any longer

Do yourself a favor.Open an account with a credit union.But if you do leave your money in this bank, make sure you keep an eye on it. Had a "rainy day" account here, and the bank marked it as "inactive" with intent to seize, with only a text message notification.

So I needed to fix an immediate, important problem that required me to attend to a TD branch. Unfortunately, I was near this location. The absolute worst customer service ever. The bank literally had me sit and wait for over a half an hour just to speak to meet about an issue with my account. It’s so terrible at this branch, that every worker at this location watched me wait and all looked confused whether to help their customer or not. One of the WORST experiences. This isn’t a review just for criticism but more so for a more honest purpose. Folks beware.

When I realized last minute that I was out of checks, Francesco and Christian went above and beyond to help. They solved my problem and answered all my questions kindly and efficiently. I stopped by essentially at closing but never once felt rushed. Thank you!!
