The ATM in the lobby of this branch recently shorted me $50 and the branch manager was unwilling to help me, or provide me with any path to an incident report. In other words TD Bank basically stole $50 from me. Beyond that the manager was condescending in how he spoke to me, asking if I could count. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TD but especially DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BRANCH.

593 3rd avenue location unacceptable. Not protecting the safety and security of patrons allowing junkies to inhabit atm vestibule. This is not ok. Put a security guard on site or close after hours. You are ruining the neighborhood and everyone can see it!

This TD bank branch is the best branch. I will go out of my way just to make sure I come to this one because the service is always phenomenal no matter what customer rep I work with. They are the reason I choose TD bank Every time. I was helped by Erik and Anohi and they are very kind and super helpful and helped me rectify everything I needed and with GREAT ATTITUDE!

I went to this location because my debit card wasn't working. The young man who helped me looked up my account and told me I was not on the account despite the card with my name boldly printed on it. He kept my card with no inquiry as to where I'd opened the a account. It seems NY accounts don't link up with NJ. Instead of him asking where I'd gotten the card from and calling the branch to verify, he simply kept my card and embarrassed me! He needs customer service training! What a j****

I am a client in this bank, I wanted to open a new account in this branch and I received the worst response from the lady, not at this moment because it is lunch time that I return at 2pm and it is 12:24 pm what do you think??? Wow

A bit aloof. Really empty. No one is there except low level staff who are all very nice.

Vanessa Rodriquez should be fired. After presenting my ID, death certificate and marriage license of my late husband, she refused to notarize my pension certificate of identification because my name did not match his on my ID. She was rude and nasty telling me I should be more professional. She's supposed to be the pro and this is no way to treat a client. Anyway, I'm getting in touch with the CEO to file a complaint. My lawyer took care of my notary and agreed: she's incompetent. Looked at her business card. I'm astonished she's the "store manager". No wonder the branches are closing with these idiots running the asylum.

MICHELLE AND SOMALI (may have spelled that incorrectly) at 880 Third Ave are angels sent from heaven and are the only ones in the entire franchise of TD Bank who were an asset to helping me solve my ongoing, frustrating, and unnecessary banking issues. They both deserve raises or promotions or both. Outstanding customer service, unlike anyone you call on the phone. Seriously, they are amazing and know how to go about solving a problem. They truly cared about how timely my issues became were (no one else seemed to care if I couldn't get my check into my landlord on time and lived on the streets) , worked on my case even when I wasn't present in the branch, and simply just CARE and relate to your problems. If it wasn't for them I probably would be closing my accounts as we speak.

I got tired of giving Citi Bank $30 a month to allow me to direct deposit my chomp change salary into there bank. I didn't do, Chase, Wells Fargo, or Capital One because they all wanted $$ because I didn't have $10k laying around that I could put in there bank. So that left me with TD Bank. So for keeping a balance equal to the cost of a doughnut and coffee I get nice tellers, ATMs , and this thing call checks with my name on it, plus my $30.
