Worst Bank and worst costumer service ,i will make sure my money will be transferred to different Bank that appreciates my money and knows how costumers service works ,again never been treated like this in my life and special from the Bank that i trust my money with .

Their ATM was broken and took my card, they were not able to receive it from the machine in two days, even though I mentioned that I'm about to leave the county very soon. So I've to go through getting a new card and had to pay extra to get funds from my non-travel credit card.

I only give reviews when its warranted this experience clearer left a bad tasted If i could give less than one star it would be -0 This TD branch is overshadowed by an incompetent Manager employee named "Dianna". and this is my true statement its not antidotal she need sensitivity Training, if not lease fired! i must say upon entering the bank i provided my card with a chip to make a withdrawal which is the same amount that comes out my account on a monthly basis i was asked by a Trained Manger with experience for my last 4 digits off my social after i hesitated to give she asked for my ID, which should have never happen, infact that procedure has been fazed out. i asked, i went again another time made the same withdrawal put my pin in got my money left out, notice its a different person different rules apply. clearly i was profiled in such a climate why do you have such an employee representing your establishment. clearly that is your culture infact i was told the teller would ask for iD and last 4 digits its up to he/she discretion what an answer i wonder how many people has this teller done this profiling against.

I came to get cash from this bank's atm, i inserted my card and nothing happened they did not even ask for my code, i pressed cancel to retrieve back my card, the machine starts rebooting then swallowed my card. I called directly the bank hotline to ask for help they made me wait for 1.5 hours for someone to pick up, this person told me to come on sunday and talk to a person at the bank. Which i did , but this person who is claiming herself as the manager did nothing to help my issue knowing it's the bank's fault. I am here on vacation and have expenses to pay, and now i can't pay anything because they took my card and the manager doesn't want to do anything about it! Don't ever use this bank it's as awful as it's manager!

As always they're the best with customer service.. truly I honor & respect them for that..they never let me down even when I enter the place down & grey all beat up, they hire the best people.. I'm never leaving TD ?.. ya'll deserve an award...

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I needed a bank certified check & the teller was so excellent and quick. The set up was very COVID safe and a great experience.

Incredible story is that I am a Canadian who opened my account in New York 5 years ago. 5 years later had an issue and needed to reopen my account her sister assisted me in getting back my account. Her name is Amina beg. Thank you so much Amina & sister. You guys rock!! 5 Star

Absolutely amazing assistant Manager- Lisa K. I had an issue with my card and my account was completely frozen, she went out of her way to send me the forms securely, and help me reactivate my account.. bare in mind I called her store randomly and i'm not even located within the same area and she treated me as her top priority.I hope shes recognized in her work field as someone brillant.

This TD branch location is overshadowed by an incompetent employee named "Amina Begum". Incompetent, lacking basic banking knowledge, not to mention, not able to respond to the customer's request politely and professionaly. Avoid until they do something around this employee - such a huge disappointment and embarrassment.

Everyone smiles, but always understaffed. It's 5pm line is growing by the second and one teller closes his box while the other has to support a service rep and there customer cutting the line with a delay that will leave me standing an extra 10 mins. Even though I already waited in line. Very unprofessional, the gentleman that closed his box was also rude and obviously punching out at 5pm sharp. How is this the most convenient bank if the employees don't believe in the mission. Disappointed and will not bring my business here anymore.

Today May 25, 2018. I made my way to this Bank hoping to open an account, since I heard nothing but good compliments from fellow friends and Family. I was welcomed, and waited less then 5 minutes to speak to someone who could assist me.
