The corporate office MUST do something about this branch. The customer service at this location is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The lack of professional and incompetence is unreal at this branch. My last two visits to the branch have been unpleasant from two different employees (a customer service representative and a teller). When I asked to speak to a customer service representative the reason for my visit was yelled across the room. The male teller lacks customer service experience and should NOT be working with people. Moving forward I will conduct my business downtown where I am treated with respect. TD Bank needs to conduct an investigation on this branch.

EXTREMELY RACIST ! Talks about you in Spanish cuz they think you don’t know Spanish. They give you the wrong information. How don’t you know about your own job. Don’t tellMe yes and then when I go they say no. They shouldn’t be talking in Spanish to eachother only the customers.

I used to rave about TD Bank when I wore a suit and worked on Wall Street. Now that I’m semi-retired and moved to upper Manhattan, this is the closest and the WORST TD Bank I have ever done business with since I became a member 14 years ago. The bank constantly has two out of three ATMs down, so there’s a curly curling in the foyer just to get to an ATM.Once you get there to the ATM you e wasted 15-20 minutes and you notice that it only accepts check deposits and not cash - for a month this continued.None of the ATMs will accept a deposit of cash at this branch from early November 2923 to 1/8/24.Further it is staffed by in empathetic and unhelpful, even rude people.I needed to cover an over draft on a Friday 1/5/24 when the bank closed at six. I got there at 5:20 pm and I had to wait in line to make a withdrawal from the only ATMs working. So I stood in line until 5:40, got the $200 (paid TD 6.00 dollars for this “privilege only to then realize the ATM would not take a cash deposit. It is now 5:45 and the petty tyrant security guard will not admit me to the lobby although the branch website says it’s open till 6 PM!I knocked on the doors to get someone’s attention holding my money up pleading to be let in to make a deposit and avoid almost $170 on overdraft fees. But the petty tyrant security guard ignored me and hurt me as he shut the door on my nose. I knocked harder. The managers looked up but would not let me in. It is 10 minutes till 6 pm closing. The sign and website say 6. But no. A manager yelled, we are out of bills. I held up 200 dollars and said that I must deposit these bills. She ignored me and sat down to talk with a colleague. Avoid this bank if you can. It is in Washington Heights and TD has closed hundreds of banks so that just getting to that branch was a long subway trip. I had to spend more money on a longer ride to the only other bank ATM lobby open in all of Manhattan after six - Times Square, a place New Yorkers avoid like the plague. But I had no choice. I deposited the $200 and tried hard not to stew over spend $6 to withdraw my own money and $15 for the combined subway trips. IS THIS MOST CONVENIENT? TD discriminates against low income, moderate threat (after dark) neighborhoods - esp their 3798 Broadway Bank.TD says it is “America’s Most Convenient Bank.” My evidence that TD Bank treats different neighborhoods differently is that once when I worked on Wall Street I had to get in before and ran. It was 5 till 6 and they let me in. So why the disparate treatment of Americans in different neighborhoods? TD Bank is Toronto based, so maybe they do not share the values of treating people with differing incomes and colors with equality or respect. I’ve noticed that while TD Banks used to almost always be open, even very late, they did this to fool us. Now they have us and they cut back hours and services year after year until they are no different than any other horrible bank. Below is the bank, the manager that ignored me after she said they were low on bills and I kindly begged her to please let me make a simple cash deposit. I held up 200 dollars and pleased that I could be hit with Overdraft penalties of hundreds because of an accounting error. She heard me and ignored me by returning to her desk and resuming her conversation instead of saying, “Please let the nice, desperate 68 year old man in.” Notice the long lines typical at this bank because of all the many times I lived here, I have ever only seen one teller and a windingly long Disney World ride line to see a teller.Bottom line: It is clear to me that this TD Bank discriminates against White people, Latino/Hispanic people, and low income people in the Washington Heights neighborhood. I am finally going to change banks. I have had enough of the Canadian mistreatment. I’m shocked at their settlement after settlement for manipulating, misrepresenting, and abusing of people living from paycheck to paycheck with outrageous OD charges. TD has lost at least 3 class action lawsuits for their treachery.

Came in with an appointment and the agent appointed to me (Natalie) refused to take me at my appointment time to be on facebook. I saw with my own eyes as i was sitting next to her office waiting for her to patiently receive me. Christopher ended up receiving me and i appreciate his great and fast service!

this office is a waste of time, you have to wait too long to be served. many people, few employees. If you don't want to waste time, look for another office.

Awful experience with the staff, complete waste of time. The man I worked with was unhelpful and my appointment was canceled when I got there due to something they could have told me about the minute it was scheduled.
