Worst customer service at all locations in NYC, bussnis owner can't withdraw cash 100$ bills more than 2000.will close 5 bussnis accounts with them and take all my money for another bank

“Cash machine” was down. Teller made it obvious he was making excuses not to help me. Turner to his manager coaxing her to confirm his excuses to refuse my business. Took my USAA debit card and IDs, studied them, then said they couldn’t help me. USAA sent me in here because they said TD Bank was military friendly. Yea maybe, but not this branch.

very bad experience using their ATM with my credit card. While trying to withdraw, my card got blocked inside the ATM machine, for no apparent reason. The bank branch was open and employees inside, including branch manager, weren't able to say anything or help. They told me to "come back in 24-48 hrs".I was on vacation in NYC with my family and for 24-48 hrs I was left without cash and without a credit card. A very unpleasant experience.

Came here to open a new account, but didn't necessarily have the best experience. The two I Tikal people I spoke with, didn't seem very knowledgeable. One knew more than the other, but in my opinion, still lacked adequate knowledge to assist me. After I decided I rather just do it online, the slightly more knowledgeable employee told me, she had two people who would help me open the account, but then told me to have a seat and wait and someone would help me shortly. That left me slightly confused. The only reason why my review went from a one, in my head, to a three overall, was that employee was great. He answered all my questions and knew what he was talking about. I was ultimately told, I would need to open the account online, but I appreciated his time and assistance. I'll probably stay away from this branch, going forward.

I set up a new account here. I was nervous because English is not my first language. However, Joanne helped me. She is kind and patient. If you want to open account, I recommend visiting here. Also, they are offering $50 cash back promotion!

HORRIBLY RUDE STORE SUPERVISOR at this location. Nedzmina Cecunjanin- extremely rude woman who gave me a hard time because my address wasn't updated in the system after I had JUST moved. Like hello I already updated it in the app and it's TD's fault it wasn't showing up correctly as up to date. Don't be rude to me AFTER I'm already dealing with fraud on my debit card.

I have used the ATMs many times, but I went in for the first time today. Dylan was very helpful. I didn't have to wait at all and my issue was handled in a few minutes without issue. It was clean and everyone was professional. There is a nice sitting area too.

Stopped in and a single teller working, and a security guard that didn't acknowledge my greeting... a bit serious. Took a while to get through the line but they gavs me the checking withdrawal slips while waiting in line so slightly cut down the wait. So mix of slightly efficient and not.

I tried to get change of a $20 bill and they wouldn't give me because I wasn't a TD customer. My mistake, but after waiting on a line for five minutes, bad customer service anyway. Chase bank then did it for me without asking any questions.
