The worst sales/billing staff. She told me she can’t accept return for online purchase done with PayPal even though I had the card used for purchase on my phone(Apple Pay). She told unless I have the actual card (no Apple Pay) on me, she can’t process the return. Then I head over to the Columbus circle location, and they accept the return with no difficulty, no questions asked. Really could work on helping the customers better.

Applause to Keeve who helps me follow up my refunded which I waited for over a month without responsing back at all from Ted Banker and I though I would lost my $1,000! But Keeve helped me got my refunded back so quick! Nice service 5 stars to him!

They have really bad customer service. They advertised people can shop online with confidence but it’s not the case. I bought 3 gift sets online, when it’s delivered it’s not even wrapped properly. Quality is very poor. No one would give gifts like that. I started to contact customer service for return, 10 minutes after got the delivery. From that day to now I tried to call, email, online message portal, online return portal but no response at all. No way to reach. So today I went into the 5ave store for return. But I am told only store credit could be offered-because it’s more than 14 days since the PURCHASE!! But the order takes several days to ship! Today is only the 10th day since it’s delivered, which includes the time I spent to reach out to the customer service with all efforts. I asked the store to help reach out to customer service they say they are two entities it’s my own responsibility to get connected to the customer service. Well, so strange you both have the same name. Don’t shop online from Ted baker, if you google you will find all other people facing the same problem for return or reaching to customer service. Shop gifts with peace from those good online retailers instead

when someone purchased a bag for 400$ he expects it to be something with high quality, what happened is that after a year of using the bag this what happened to the shoulder strap (see image) when I contacted costumer service they said there's nothing they can do and I need to bring the bag to the store where it was purchased so they can examine it for being faulty.I don't live in the states, I purchased that bag while visiting the states and that shouldn't be an obstacle for them to give a service for replacing a faulty shoulder strap. any other designer would be respectful for a costumer paying so much money for a bag.I would never purchase anything else at TED BAKER!

Was there about 2 months ago, in menswear, The tall kid Adriel helped me out throughout and was very helpful in my search for a suit. I 100% recommend and will be back. Ask for Adriel whenever you go to the store searching for a suit, he has good tats he and will help you out!

I highly recommend this store. The entire staff is awesome but if you happen to catch Leslie to assist with your shopping experience, you will not be disappointed. She is the absolute best! Tremendously helpful, courteous and goes above and beyond to ensure your shopping experience at Ted baker is outstanding! Kudos to Leslie ? A great asset to the brand!

Horrible customer care. I bought one top and I noticed it’s started bubbling after one time ware to work . It was as usual expensive so I decided to return or exchange it. Generally when you spend good amount of money, you think that, you will get good quality stuff. When I tell them it’s bubbling after one time use ( did not wash yet )they refuse to take it back and even refuse to give store credit. The guy was soooo rude. He was rolling his eyes and mocking my words. I never seen any sales person with this type of nasty attitude. He was literally copping my word and repeating that and making face . I felt so humiliated. I will never go there any more and I told all my friends as well not to shop there. If you are charging so much money for your stuff then at least give good quality products. Or at least do better customer service. Did not know this type of trashy person still exists .

The associates were very pleasant and attentive. They were very helpful and when above and beyond to check if items were available in my desired size. I especially appreciated that Joseph was patient when I asked for multiple sizes and multiple colors of a single style. This was actually a very pleasant shopping experience!Thanks, all.

Nice store but horrible customer service. The person who was working downstairs at the men's section was very rude and made us wait on purpose. Kept rolling her eyes and did not have eye contact at all while speaking. We liked a few things we wanted to try on but chose to leave because the shop assistant made us feel very uncomfortable. Seeing other negative comments about customer service, I don't understand why such a nice brand like this can't hire anybody better than little girls with attitude...

This company is a scamming clients. They make it purposely impossible to return something purchased online during the holidays. Their customer service phone line don’t work. They have serious communication issues. When I went to store for returns they would only issue a store credit. I will never shop from this company again.
