Beautiful, original furniture. I have been coming regularly just to look since it opened, around 2006? It's a one-off and has grown to become an important center for furniture design - great designers like Piet Hein Eek (Dutch) first showed their work here. You can subscribe to their website but coming in and seeing, trying the furniture is a different thing altogether. And friendly staff considering I am just a pair of eyes!

Not our taste, but a large if slightly disorganized collection. Prices are certainly reasonable and they have a wide range of style options. Least pushy sales personnel in the neighborhood.I’ve been shopping at Modani furniture for several years. The quality of the furniture at discounted pricing makes Modani a leader in furniture sales in Manhattan. With Modani, you don’t have to spend a fortune to get amazing quality furniture. I recommend Modani furniture 100%..!!!

Visited Casa Perfect and it was fantastic! Hope to check out the LA location before it’s no longer. Make sure to make an appointment beforehand—the team is very responsive with quick replies. Thanks Dustin for showing us around!

Fantastic work from a variety of designers. I've been an admirer and occasional customer since they had their original space in Williamsburg. Amelia was tremendously helpful in getting me four rolls and a difficult to track down sample of this outrageous wallpaper by the Dutch artist Piet Hein Eek and I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely check this space out.

Great little furniture shop. They specialize in custom orders but also have nice items on the floor, often at a discount. What really sets them apart is their friendliness and level of service.

Pros: Beautiful selection of furniture, including hard-to find pieces Cons: Trying to receive your order or get information on your order once you have paid is like pulling teeth (but less fruitful.) Maybe I had unrealistic expectations since this was our first piece of investment furniture (aka not from a big box store) but it was amazing how much worse the customer service and deliver of a 4,000 table was then say, Crate and Barrel. We fell in love with the table online, saw it in person and thought it was just as lovely and once we had asked for help, they were knowledgeable about the finishes it came in etc. (I did find it interesting that they pushed us for the more expensive finish without mentioning it was a $700 premium and never told us it came in a cheaper/ smaller option, but we were in and out in 5 minutes and had clearly looked online first so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt there.) The table was made to order, so I knew it was going to take time. Our invoice said 12-14 weeks. It took 17. I didn't expect them to make it materialize before it was ready, but was really disappointed that I had to follow up with to find out when it WOULD be ready (or just, you know, a ballpark), when it had arrived, and how much delivery would cost a total of 7 times and even then, I never got the answer to ANY of these questions until the week before it arrived after dealing with a different associate. For every one of these emails or phone calls they would ask for my address and contact info which I would immediately provide and then say they would get back to me. And then never would. Finally, not only did we have to pay $750 for delivery ($250 short of what it cost us to move our entire apartment for reference) the table couldn't even be delivered within the 2 hour window (they just called to say that a 7:30 delivery has became an 11:30 delivery). I'm excited about our table but am really put off by this experience.
