The printing services had me appreciating my home printer like it's the unsung hero in the story.Now, let's dive into the taping and box-prepping spectacle! It was akin to coughing up cash for a mini-box Broadway show, with every cardboard step coming at a cost. ?? They don't just handle your parcels; they make it a production, and your wallet takes center stage for each tape and fold. ?✨In all fairness, I'm starting to believe this place could be running a covert operation for printers in witness protection – the only logical reason for the overcharging gig.For a smoother ride, I'd suggest heading a bit closer to midtown. There, the printers might not be as starved for attention, and the box-tapping sessions won't break the bank. ?

Just had the worst experience at ups ever. The customer service here is usually awesome, but today I was greeted by the rudest unhelpful customer service rep TANIA. She refused to help me on the computer, was so condescending, I had to apologize for not being computer efficient, she than proceeds to the computer and aggressively presses the button and says that’s where you put your email!! Needless to say I didn’t get done what I came for, I asked her on my way out why was she so rude to me, and she just smirked and made funny faces. I’ve lived in this neighborhood 24 years and never received customer service so terrible!!!I actually went back, but seen TANIA WAS STILL THERE, and just didn’t go in. Guess I’ll try another service. very disappointed in UPS.

Destiny was super helpful, very patient, and friendly. She was very knowledgeable in helping me out with the return process. She communicated with me through the entire process and answered all my questions. Destiny definitely made my trip to The UPS Store a 10 out of 10 service. Thank you!

I am very disappointed with the staff at this store. I tried shipping an item yesterday, 10/19/2023 at 3:45pm. The two staff members were completely distracted playing with bubble wrap and one of them was distracted with their phone as well. I walk in and they act as if I was interrupting something important they were doing. I explained to them I wanted to drop off an item and showed them the QR code, but they prevented me from going forward because they said "we can't ship it like that." I placed the item in an extra sturdy box, much stronger than typical shoe boxes, but they proceeded to tell me "you can't ship it like that, are you shipping shoes?" This is the FIRST time I go to UPS and get asked about what I'm dropping off, since I was not a regular shipping customer. They scan my QR code anyway and tell me "you can't ship it anyway, suspecting I was shipping shoes without an outer box, but again, if I am not shipping anything prohibited or sending lithium batteries, I don't understand if I'm dropping an item off I have to explain to the staff what I am shipping. I knew they wanted to upcharge me for a box, when all we needed was a plastic sleeve to protect it. They said it would be $8.99 for packing materials, which I refused to pay, knowing I never had the experience of a worker trying to upsell me UPS items when I drop off. The second I turn around, I hear the workers start playing with bubble wrap again, and I got the feeling they wanted to charge extra for items and keep my change. The employees working here are lazy, unprofessional and deceitful. I went to another UPS store on Broadway and 170-171st St and they were able to ship my item, no questions asked.

10:02 Saturday morning…. Closed. Why???Also this is the most roach infested store location I’ve ever seen, beware when opening your package. Fire your exterminator because he’s lying to you. Next time I’m there I’ll post a pic of the one living on your counter.

If you wish to avoid a disappointing experience, it's best to steer clear of this location. The printer is in disrepair, resulting in subpar printouts. Furthermore, when you raise concerns, they offer to reprint but insist on charging for both the faulty prints and the replacements. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, and their professionalism is lacking.

This new employeee name Karina, keep refusing on checking a letter sent to this address, I have been a regular customer and they used to charge me $6 per day, and this “new” stupid employee keep saying no no, we can not check it for you!

I was very pleased with the service i received today. After I had struggled to use my card at computer Endry helped me by allowing me to send my resume by email which saved me the hassle of running to the bank and then being late to my interview.

Edit: Not sure why review this posted an hour ago. This review was made on March 8th 2023. But, thank you for responding. I can't seem to reply to your response.Don't go before work. They can't seem to open the doors at 8:30am as listed. I waited 15 minutes today before I finally had to give up. It's not the first time they weren't open on time.
