had some documents that needed to be notarized and this UPS store has notary service from (12 pm - 5 pm, weekdays). however, i would call this store on the day you go to confirm. typically there is a short line for the notary and they charge ~$3-4 per notarized signature. the store is clean and organized and this location obviously offers copying and mail services.

My review will echo most on here. The staff is rude. I’ve been here a handful of times and have gone in hoping that my simple transaction will not be met with such anger. The dudes behind the counter seem angry and hateful in general and anyone who walks in incites them. Even their how may I help you is said with disdain .. I don’t know who thought hiring these people for your location would be a good idea but I’d rather walk completely out of my way then ever go into this location again.I see that the UPS corporate who replies to these is apologetic and all like … we’d love you to have a wonderful experience .. that’s really absolutely insane .. the reviews are months of this ..Corporate : you really need to consider who you hire to work with customers or you’ll be out of business. No one is going to deal with being treated like that, there’s too many other choices.

Idk why there are so many negative reviews. Everyone in here is really nice and speedy and there is rarely a line.

I've gone in here about 4 or 5 times and the guys here are consistently angry and rude for the easiest of transactions. These dudes obviously hate working there or hate their lives but for whatever reason they have, it's very unpleasant to have to be on the receiving end.I'd rather walk the extra 10 blocks and go to staples.Hey customer service .. how you can provide better service ? Hire better people and stop leaving ridiculous default comments for more info .. you have all the info.

Terrible customer service. A kid running a store that couldn’t solve a simple problem of taping together two Venetian blinds slim boxes (as they came to me). “UPS won’t take them like that.” The label was including the weight of the two boxes together! I guess the owners don’t care about proper customer service.

UPS never attempts delivery, and then makes me pick it up in store. As if this weren't inconvenient enough, the employee arrived 15 minutes late today.

UPS, why do you send a note hinting I missed my parcel and said that the parcel is securely stored in the pick up location, and only when I came to the location the staff just told me the note is for me to find the tracking number and it’s not there yet? Please get another sticker if you’re just providing info.

I guess it depends who's working. Today there was no line. It was obvious. I was having difficulty figuring out how to enter my information on a computer and get it to print and then pay them to peel it off and put it on my package if that was too much for them after a half hour I gave up, I wasn't groveling, begging for the help. It was very apparent that what I had meant to accomplish was not achieved. Amazon is going to have to pay for this because I'm not buying anything from them anymore that I have any questions about because it's a nightmare to return your items now and it's not free any longer so I think twice before you buy that junk that they sell and think twice about using UPS to return it or Staples on Broadway and eighth Street for that matter

Charged me 20+ DOLLARS to print ONE normal sized sheet of paper due to their outdated and confusing computer. Don’t print anything here it’s a scam, they literally charge you for simply using the computer and there’s a short timer so you aren’t able to complete anything in time without having to BUY more time? By the time you get the thing you want to print ready, your time is out. It’s not even like there was anyone else waiting to use the printer. I resorted to printing here because i am unable to afford a printer but it ended up just taking so much of my money, I’m not sure what I was even charged for?? Just don’t print at these places it’s a major scam

Awful experience. I paid for them to tape my package and they refused to tape it up in front of me. They carried it, still open, to the back of the store. When I asked why they wouldn't tell me and when I asked for a manager they said they don't have one. Now I have to watch the tracking number to make sure the merchandise is not stolen.

Incredibly rude, and not warranted either… just upon walking in or calling you’re being spoken to in a very condescending manner. I don’t understand why employers are still allowing rude and miserable employees to be the face of their business.

Yea I agreed most of staffs are very rude to me and seemed like they hate their jobs so much would be nice to change the attitude although Chris was the only staff here that really nice person helpful and informative…

Incredibly rude. I speak fluent, native English and the guy with an afro stood there shaking his head claiming he didn't understand what I was saying. Is it because you think I look like I don't speak English?Customer service shouldn't be condescending and unhelpful if you can't explain a process.
