Go here if you need VISA shipping service. This is the best UPS store we ever been. We went to other UPS store and they have no idea how to mail passport. But here, they are professional, experienced. Highly Recommend

Don't forget to print and tape your label. They charged $4.99 to open the label Amazon sent to me via email and $1.99 to print it. They told me I was lucky, they were going to charge me for the tape. Don't expect them to open on time. While the sign says 10:00 AM on Saturday. They opened at 10:14. I called Amazon they made it hard to find a person, but they refunded the shipping.

In all honesty, I have been to this UPS store more than once, and other than the employees being brisk and not welcoming, I had no complaints.Today (Sunday the 27th of August) at 2.45 pm, I decided to go to return 2 Amazon packages.Upon reaching the store, I don’t notice the various amount of signs on the door and being as everyone in a hurry, I walk in directly.I explain my needs and all I get as an answer from the male employee present who was literally sitting on the countertop is “you can’t read the sign???” I tell him I didn’t and proceed to go and he doubles down saying “yeah, of course you didn’t read it” with such rudeness that I couldn’t even believe what I was hearing. I then find out that the QR code system is down.I didn’t read the sign of course, but what happened to just saying that?You’re literally employed to explain this, you can’t expect everyone to read something on a window full of other stickers especially if it’s not a habitual thing.I will never, EVER, go to this UPS store again, and I strongly advise anyone to avoid it as a plague.

Useless. Never able to deliver to my building even though chewy amazon usps and fedex all manage to. Told me a package would be brought to the store and then returned it to sender instead.

Scheduled a appt. online for a passport photo. Arrived and was told by two cashiers eating their lunch at the front desk that this location doesn’t offer passport photos. I shared that I had an appt. online and took time off work to make it — they then proceeded to say their machine was broken. Very unhelpful and the website should remove the location for passport photos. This location does not offer and the staff will not help.

Absolutely love this store. Always playing good music. Friendly staff. Darcell helped me ship a package and boy did he make this simple and easy. Fast & efficient just the way I like it. Thanks a ton. Definitely coming back.

I came to drop off a package for an Amazon return. They made me buy tape cause a side of the box was not closed well and the guy was too uninterested to help and just put a little piece of tape. I have now realized that the guy didn't even scan the label correctly and my package is now lost...

The WORST experience in NYC. Staff are almost criminally nasty. The staff who work there are RUDE as heck and try to nickel and dime you with every package. Apparently the nasty reputation of this store is well known even at other businesses in the area. STAY AWAY!!!

Marlon is a wonderful "face" of the UPS brand at the East 34th street retail location. He is helpful and kind, and interacts in a very professional manner. Having reminded me to seal return packages with tape vs. stapling to avoid injuries for fellow UPS'ers, the friendly manner in which he shared this direction stuck with me. Now when I'm taping a package, I think of Marlon, and want to make sure I'm doing the best for him (and the rest of the team) given how hard he works for all the customers. He is a top-notch manager!

Let me tell you the nightmare of using this UPS Store. I sold sneakers on StockX and brought my Air Jordan 4 Black Cat here to be shipped via UPS in a plain brown box. Guess what, those sneakers never left the store, UPS did an investigation and confirmed that the sneakers were indeed stolen. Now, if the tracking number says that the sneakers left the store and UPS says that they were stolen, who do you think stole the sneakers? The employees at this UPS store! And of course, when you call UPS and reach out to StockX, neither one will help you because they literally blame each other. StockX says to reach out to UPS since it's on them. When you reach out to UPS, they say that the label you used to ship the sneakers was generated from StockX's account, so any claim will be paid to StockX, not you. This is absolutely disgusting and terrible business practices on both companies. Do not use this store to ship anything because it is run by thieves! I am out over $1,000 because someone decided to open my package and steal my sneakers. 0/10 do not recommend.
