I would leave a 0 star review if I could. This is one of the few UPS listed as having a notary service. We booked an appointment a week ahead, received a confirmation, came with all of our things, and was told in the coldest manner possible that they did not offer this service. There was a mistake in the hours listed which they clearly knew about already, they didn't bother to correct it, and they made no effort to contact us in a whole week since we got the confirmation. And not even an apology for wasting our time, just a cold shrug. Will never trust this place again.

Walked into the store. The guy behind the counter very rude. I asked him if he had extra sleeves for labels and very rudely say no. What kind of place has no extra sleeves. I come here often and have the sleeves. This guy needs to have matters. Even the girl he was helping he was rude to her.....

[(overall review)] This UPS Store is pretty small and is always packed with the line going out the door. But the representatives I met in this store have always been prompt, courteous, and patient even with the worst customers. So here's a shout out to all the representatives in this store: I APPRECIATE YOU!! THANK YOU![(Review of December 2023)] AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN DURING HOLIDAY SEASON. It's so busy!! Also make note of the strict LIMIT of 5 Amazon returns per customer per day at this UPS Store. The other UPS stores few blocks away do not have this limit.Not complaining about this restriction at this store though. This an understandable and welcome restriction during the holiday season since there are so many people here! But I do wish they had put up a sign about it online or on the window of the store, so the reps wouldn't need to explain it to every. dang. customers. with Amazon returns.

The worker Mariane is the worst emplyee i ever saw in my life. Terribly angry, unpleasant, extremaly rude, unpacient and completly unqualified to deal with the public. It was one of the worst experiences of my life to have met such a terrible human being. I highly not recommend this UPS.

Great experience once again! I walked in and out in just a few minutes with all my packaging problems solved. Darcell andHector were so nice and helpful, even though I Packaged my thing wrong, and walked in 5 minutes before closing. I've never been to a better UPS store.Thank you Darcell and Hector!

loved everything about this store, from their cleanliness to their excellent customer service! The employees are very professional and extremely polite. I made a notary appointment, in which they called to inform me before hand when their notary services are available, which is great communication on their part. Don't be scared away by the people who complain about their notaries appt, they're just entitled people because they do call in advance! In my opinion this is the best UPS store I've been to! AMAZING EMPLOYEES.

Employees are well trained and professional, they helped me out in a quick and efficient matter. extremely impressed on how clean and organized the store is, very welcoming customer service too! the "bad" reviews just give "entitle people", but makes sense due to the neighborhood, but overall my experience was excellent, as well as many others that came in while I was there, the employees give the same professionalism and kindness to all that come in!

Super impressed how sweet and kind the employees are. Very efficient UPS store, extremely helpful staff, no hassle whatsoever. 10/10 customer service, they always have a smile on , super kind I can't express it enough!

I wish I could give no star. Before considering the UPS Store, I strongly recommend thinking twice. There's a FedEx office just a few blocks away, and USPS is conveniently close as well. To make matters worse, the UPS Store is claiming they have no responsibility since it's a USPS package, even though they didn't communicate this clearly when I initially used their service. They also lack proof of handing the package over to USPS.My experience at the UPS Store with their unprofessional staff member named Sangh was extremely frustrating. I entrusted them with an overnight USPS package, for which I paid a substantial total of around $140. However, according to the tracking information, USPS hasn't even received the package yet. This was an extremely important document, and the UPS Store's mishandling of it has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.During my visit, it took Sangh an astonishing 45 minutes to create a label for two envelopes, even though I had provided the address on paper and had to correct it multiple times. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable.In summary, my experience at the UPS Store was marred by unprofessionalism, a lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for the importance of my package. I strongly advise against using their services and recommend considering alternatives like FedEx or USPS directly.

Do not get documents notarized here. I made an appointment online and was called and told my appointment time was not possible but provided alternate times and said i didnt need an appointment. I showed up during that time frame and was told the notary already left. Completely unprofessional. The workers available provided zero assistance in locating another location with a notary.

The last 3 times I have arrived at this store at 8:35 to find them still closed. They open at 8:30.Each of these times, the employee has arrived around 8:45- no apology- with what appears to be her just picked up Dunkin’ Donuts order in hand.This morning no less than 5 of us were waiting outside.The owner needs to check on their store and ensure their staff show up reasonably on time.

I made an appointment online for a notary at 10:30 am through their computer system online. When I showed up I was informed that they ONLY HAVE NOTARY SERVICES BETWEEN 4:30 AND 6:30 PM. Why is the computer system letting me make an appointment then, UPS? I was directed by a female manager/in charge employee to go to the store on 34th and Lexington WHERE THE NOTARY HAD CALLED OUT FOR THE DAY! Thanks for wasting my time TWICE, UPS!

This place is terrible in terms of customer service and I would avoid! I had an appointment for notary services and when I arrived on time for it, I was told the notary wasn’t in by a rude employee. I explained I had an appointment and apparently that didn’t matter. She said the notary was there 4:30 to 6:30 and I was confirming that I could come back within those hours, she ‘received a text from the notary that he wasn’t going to make it in today’. Absolutely unprofessional!
