Bought an item in 2013 and can't find my original receipt. I contacted Tiffany online, was emailed a firm to complete, and received a copy of my receipt within 19 minutes from emailing my form back!!!! Now that's what I call customer service and a very American company!!!!!

I made contact through the Tiffany website as I had issues with a charge for a diamond replacement. No response. I wrote again, complaining this time as well about getting no response. I did get a response, but not to the question that I had asked. I wrote again, asking for my case to be escalated, I did not receive a response.Although I suppose that arrogance with this company is a bit of their genetic makeup, you still would hope that customer service would be beyond their self imposed arrogance. Do yourself a favor and shop in another high end store, because Tiffany's just doesn't care.

My experience today in the Tiffany's Paramus location was absolutely horrible and disrespectful. The manager Patricia was extremely rude and I will never shop in that store again. As an african-american and long time shopper of the Tiffany brand I was extremely disappointed that this person represents such an iconic brand. We initially visited the store wanting to make an employee purchase. She then proceeded to tell us that the opportunity to make an employee sale ended on Dec. 15th and this information was shared in a global email. We then informed Patricia we were not aware of that and another store just told us yesterday that employee purchases were only to be made Monday - Friday. While we started calling customer service to verify this information we then asked could we at least look at the merchandise we intended to buy? She then replied, YOU CAN LOOK BUT NO ONE CAN ASSIST YOU. Seriously? We then proceeded to leave, went to another store and successfully made our purchase. Look, I have been a loyal shopper of the brand with and without the employee discount for years. I can afford to pay full price which is why we still wanted to look around. This post is to bring attention to Tiffany leadership that your manager felt like my black dollars didn't deserve to be fully serviced at a discount nor full price and she probably assumed I could afford full price which is why she wouldn't help us. Meanwhile you feature the biggest african american power couple Beyoncé and JayZ in your current marketing campaign, but I cant get proper customer service in my local mall... Even other on lookers were astonished by the way Patricia spoke to us. I look forward to hearing from someone at Tiffany Corporate. Lets see if you really care about your consumers experience.Thank you

So disappointed in the customer service with Tiffany's I got a bracelet for my birthday and it continually falls off so I'm afraid I'm going to lose it when I took it into the Scottsdale Arizona location they said there was going to be a charge to solder a bar across the donut part so it wouldn't come off and I just thought that wasn't right that they should charge me for something that obviously was defective and they claim it's not defective they wanted to charge me $60 at this point it's not about the money it's the principal this is a well-known jewelry store and they won't even fix it without charging me I don't think I will ever buy anything again from Tiffany's

I had went to Tiffany and Co. in Kansas City. Had the worst b day experience been trying to complain for a couple months now and no one has reached back out to me. Some one from the custom service number said that a supervisor would call me within a few days and still have not talked to anyone. My experience was horrible. Communication and customer service was horrible ...oh and necklace don’t fit.
