It's one of my favorite stores, refined jewelry, and custom-made products. I like the accessories for dogs, too.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled and after I was greeted and checked in by a friendly gentleman at the door, I was ignored for 15 minutes (beyond my scheduled appointment) by multiple members of the store staff. I was literally seated at a space where several of them stopped and not a single associate acknowledged my presence. I eventually decided to check in with one of the managers and she expressed kind of rudely that were understaffed and she had no idea when they would be able to see me.I ended up just leaving. The only reason I stopped at this location was because I knew the 5th Avenue location would be swapped due to the holidays, however, I’ll forever just take my chances there because the location at Hudson Yards misses the mark.

Extremely rude when trying to come in for a cleaning. Was told that they were understaffed and had many reservations even though they had 5 people doing nothing and standing around. Had to come back hours later for the worker to just take the item from me and tell me to come back in 2 days. Preposterous...

They find luxury jewelry, ideal for buying jewelry as gifts for people since the prices are not cheap

Worst experience of any store I have been in, I was ignored, staff just Carried on talking, I wanted to buy a ring - I already was wearing a Tiffany & co ring when I visited so could clearly see I was an existing customer but maybe my casual look in the hot NYC weather made your stuck up staff think I wasn’t worth their time… I’ll stick to your Boston Copley place store in future.

It seems like it I can be mistaken. Isolated viewpoint not a narrative or ideology. That the personnel individuals security personnel and people who greet you at the front. They depart there leisure time. In . Eyeballing people (.American English, informal)( look at somebody in a suspicious or disapproving way: )stare someone down/out) to look at someone for so long that they have to look away. Synonyms and related words. To look at someone in a particular way.I mean if they're occupying the store they should focus intention in being ambassadors of good intentions.Eyeballing people at a form of curiosity and looking a hundred percent bewildered and perplex - does not help not even cracking a smile and makes it seem as though Tiffany is a correction facility no wonder people do not want to partake or shop at that facility maybe they should take a. Goodwill gesture from many places in Japan were greeters are not encouraged to look at people directly at their eyeballs. In a Intimidating fashion.I am protected under the privilege. Freedom of speech this does not mean that Tiffany should persuade me to delete my review and or attack me personally or my character because of the intentions for making a viewpoint that is isolated.

The service in this location is great! They take the time to show you all products and provide respectful advice, without making you feel you have to buy something.

I took my teenage daughter to buy her first jewellery from Tiffany & Co. David took great care of us and patiently let her try on several necklaces. The experience was complete with sparkling water and the necklace being beautifully wrapped for her. Thank you David!!
