Had to pop into this shop. Staff was friendly.I was not rushed.However I did know what i was going for.I just walked in no need to book appointment.Bought myself a stunning bone bracelet black.A timeless pice, so elegant. Will go with most outfits. I'm from the UK. So need to consider the tax on top.

The absolute worst experience customer service wise, that I’ve ever experienced.In December I received a *broken* necklace with two beautifully custom engraved pendants.We emailed, and then called to schedule a repair. We sent out the broken chain, along with the two pendants. Fast forward 6 weeks. (Mid February) we called for an update on the repair. We spoke to a woman who said “the pendants need to be with the chain before we are able to close the chain” we informed her that pendants were with the chain in the box. She put us on hold. When she came back she confirmed that the pendants were with the chain.. thinking that we had finally had a resolution, and my necklace would be on its way, we waited. Yesterday, (March 6th) we received a package from Tiffany. I was extremely excited to finally wear my Christmas necklace!!! I opened the box, and to my surprise there were no pendants on the chain, or in the box!!! We called to question where the pendants were, and why they weren’t sealed on the chain! We’ve now been informed that the contents of the box that was received by Tiffany & co did not have pendants, which was previously confirmed that the pendants were in the box… which then launched an investigation. Today we received a call about said investigation. Which summed up, the customer service rep that launched the investigation said that we did not include the custom engraved pendants. Again, which was previously confirmed the pendants were with the necklace… This is a circle of confusion that was not intended when we ordered from a company that claims to have the best customer service.I will update this review when we have a final answer!

Recently made a simple purchase , for pick up … I’m waiting over two days to receive confirmation to pick up …Called the customer care line , they have no answer or recourse for me….I call the store back to back…. No answer

A favorite store, my dogs got white gloves treatment and cookies each time we got some toys for them and jewelry for the princesses. Meeka and Anastasia, Jack, Zeus, and Apollo. Hopefully coming back sooner than later.

It's a gorgeous store but I'm very disappointed by the attitude from the customer service. Went here to pick up my order (nothing special, a couple of champagne glasses as a gift for a friend). The employee acted very annoyed and unfriendly( I get it, it was an hour before closing and he probably had a long day) He did have to go downstairs and it took some time to locate my order which I was very appreciative of. As I was leaving, my "Thank you very much, I appreciate your help" was met with an "Aha" without even looking at me. I do not think such an attitude is appropriate at the company of this level. Not my first time at Tiffany but certainly the first to be treated this way. I will just shop for gifts at Baccarat next time.

Excellent service. Picked up my cleaned necklace and my missing matching earring. Both items look amazing. All the staff was helpful - Kobi, Carlos and Maddie. I’ll be back to shop at the Wall Street location evert time I need a new gift or need to a special gift for someone else.

Overall, great ambience and service as you’d expect from a luxury brand like Tiffany & Co. They accommodated me despite not securing an appointment ahead of time. Maybe it’s my expectation having shopped at other luxury stores here and abroad but a glass of champagne would’ve been nice. It’s not the champagne per se but the gesture. I guess I’m not VIP enough yet. Nonetheless, I got the items I wanted smoothly and efficiently thanks to Carmen and Alexandra.

We had an amazing visit at Tiffany & Co on Wall Street. Tony met us at the door and welcomed us and the he met us back on the way out and took our photo on the steps like we were rockstars. Carlos was a spectacular salesman. He catered to us and our daughters and their friends. We got the royal treatment and tried on so many beautiful pieces. He made us feel like a million bucks!

Got yelled at for taking a photo and so I asked if it's not allowed to take photos and they said photos are allowed but no videos. I just took one photo and put my phone down. A lot nicer ways to say but they just had to yell like scolding a child when I wasn't even recording??
