This location is beautiful! I came in with my husband for a certain bracelet and all the employees were so kind to help us find the right floor that it was on. Customer service outstanding! Will definitely be back ?

My visit to Tiffany on 4/11/24 was fantastic. I enjoyed the exhibit on the 8th and 9th floor, and looking at all the beautiful jewelry. The staff were so friendly and professional. 4 stars because I’m certain whoever cleans the Tiffany building is using a cleaner called Fabuloso. The smell of Fabuloso is so potent and overwhelming, personally it’s difficult for me to be in places that use it as my allergies flare up. The unmistakable smell was mostly around the staircases. I am surprised a neutral cleaner is not used and that the store does not have a signature scent. Perhaps Tiffany’s does have a signature scent, but it absolutely can’t compete with Fabuloso.

DO NOT WASTE your time going to the Blue Box Cafe...very Over priced, rude hostess, long wait times with reservations, etc.I was in NYC on April 6th and this was my 2nd time at this location. I had a lot of time to kill so I thought I have lunch at the blue box cafe; it was spontaneous so I didn't have a reservation. I patiently l watched other customers ahead of me who said they had reservations still wait a long time with me for a table. I didn't want a table I wanted to seat at the bar. I was told by the hostess The bars first come first serve and as soon as someone leaves I could have a seat. I waited 40 minutes. I heard a guy ask one of the hostess about also sitting at the bar and she replied to him "if you want to sit at the bar for drinks you can BUT if you want food you'll need a table; after hearing that he immediately left. I waved over that same hostess so I could find out if that was true, so I could ask her.Why didn't someone tell me that 40mins ago. Before I could get a word out of my mouth that hostess said "we cannot make a customer leave the bar and there is no time limit for customers to be at the bar. I told her I wasn't gonna ask you to make anyone leave.I know that wouldn't right. All I want to know is once a seat opens up at the bar can I also eat there? She had an attitude and told me yes. I asked for her name she refuse to give it to me with a smirk on her face. She told me I can talk to the manager of the cafe if I had a complaint. He came over to me refused to give me his name I could barely understand his englishThe whole ordeal was extremely frustrating because it was obvious both the hostess and the manager of the cafe could careless about customer service. I was wearing 8 pieces of tiffany jewelry on that day. I've been buying tiffany jewelry sense 2002 but because of that experience at the cafe they've lost a customer.

Horrible. First of all, the staff were nice enough but quite condescending and left me waiting for nearly a half hour until I checked in again. Then, I purchased some charms and two pens, and the pens wrote horribly, which is unacceptable. Quality has gone down and I’m shocked that they don’t even have enough workers to respond to reviews. This place caters to tourists and not their customers.

It is a historical building and a company in one, which can be visited and has a wonderful exhibition of unique jewelry and household items, with shopping opportunities and a cafe and tea bar. It is definitely worth a visit.

I have always been lover of Tiffany and long time customer. Love the newly renovated building and people have always been exceptionally friendly & helpful here. The newly reopened cafe by Chef Daniel Boulud is great.But I was shocked by my recent experience with the sales, Nami, on the 3rd floor when my bf and I are shopping for engagement ring. It should be a happy & perfect experience but kinda ruined by Nami’s unprofessionalism. She commented on how unusual my bf’s name was, how he has long legs, how my neck would get tired looking at him since he’s tall on our first visit, which makes us feel uncomfortable already. On our second visit, she commented on how I looked differently from the first time with makeup, and how I looked casual last time ? She commented on my bf’s physique again.What makes me extremely furious was she asked my bf when they were talking alone that, WHY my dog is a SERVICE DOG, also disclosing that another client of hers has one because of a car accident. Her behaviors were ghastly unprofessional. Being friendly is one thing, but probing about clients’ privacy is another. I can’t believe the sales at Tiffany would have such behaviors and doubt how others are trained. This definitely discourages me from wanting to pick my engagement ring here.

Not acceptable!! Travelled from the Uk to do breakfast at Tiffany’s, book the cafe, booked a sales slot, booked an engraving slot, told take about 3 hours, 4 hours still not ready, then another 30 mins still not done!! All my daughter wanted was her necklace!! Fuming as she has wasted so much time and now likely to miss her reservation! You pride your self on service, sort it out!!

Isamar Francisco provided me a top notch service from start to end! I’m back here writing my review after receiving my shipment. Although I have received my jewelry set with some damages and was so disappointed, my SA Isamar handled the situation very smoothly, she immediately assured me that it would be fixed and it did! I could not be happier with my results.She’s everything you’d want in a jewelry/sales specialist. Fantastic service & very trustworthy highly recommend her <3

Leo Martins provided a next level experience during our visit to Tiffany’s flagship store.He really went a long way to make our experience special and provided top notch advice on a purchase for my wife. As visitors from out of town, Leo made shopping here one of the highlights of our trip.We had a minor issue with our purchase after the sale and he was able to find a solution quickly even after we had left the store and returned home.Will be back to see him in our next visit.Thanks for hiring rockstars like Leo, Tiffany & Co!
