I found a tile that I loved: Castle Denim Blue 3x12 Polished Ceramic Subway Wall Tile. I do love the tile. However, they had to ship it 3 times. The first batch arrived with all seven boxes in bits. I had lined up the tiler and had to change everything. The customer service was horrible. They kept promising me I would only deal with a supervisor and they kept changing the supervisor. They never sent me the tracking numbers. Seriously, it is no surprise the tile broke since it was wrapped in something that was as thin as tissue paper.

Never received my order , horrible customer service, unable to get a refund , they claim that they shipped the product but they are unwilling to provide tracking information for my $1000 order

I recently purchased an apartment and needed tile for a shower and the bathroom floor. I am so very glad that I decided to go to TileBar over a big box store like Home Depot. I worked with Ellen Gold, who was lovely to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. She gave me feedback regarding what floor tile to match with the shower tile I had chosen, and I am really glad that I followed her recommendation, as what she picked out is way better than what I had chosen. Though some of the tiles were on back order, she told me that she would follow up with their warehouse, and that she was confident the delay would not be too bad - and she was absolutely right. She was communicative every step of the way. I would definitely come back if I ever need tiles for any reason in the future, and will recommend them to everyone I know from here on out.

I was searching for a particular look for my kitchen floor & found the selection best at TileBar. I was hesitant to order after seeing some bad reviews, but since I loved the tiles and the sample was as promised, I decided to give them a chance. I am loving the new floor (photos attached are prior to reinstalling surbases & cabinet molding, so please ignore that part. As a 65 year-old woman I was wondering if I'd be able to complete this project professionally, but after a slow start I got the hang of getting these to lock nicely together. With help from my son-in-law this was a quick weekend install. I did find Tilebar customer service to be very quick to respond and extremely fair to deal with.

Truly wonderful customer service! I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with TileBar since my very first phone call to ask for assistance in selecting a tile for our home. I am so grateful for the knowledgeable TileBar staff who have been, not only helpful, but responsive and extremely kind. In a time when many companies have forgotten the importance of good customer service, TileBar has raised the bar on excellent customer service.

Update: Moving up to 3* since Tilebar have since reached out and tried to resolve the situationShocking experience. Took 2 weeks to arrive - much longer than supposed to. When I was following up with customer service they would just respond with the original confirmation that it has been ordered. Then when it did arrive, tiles were completely smashed up, customer service was unresponsive and did not help resolve. Will not be using again

Terrible customer service. They struggle to tell the truth and orders take at least a week to ship, sometimes more. Zero accomodation for urgent orders and very condescending when you request order updates. Do not order your tile from here, you most definitely will regret it.

I found the perfect tile, the Portmore White, so I was willing to ignore the 71 ONE STAR reviews. Well, I regret that decision. Tiles arrived broken, so many that we were forced to incorporate stained/speckled pieces into our backsplash. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars for tiles, another $150+ for shipping, and then receiving horrendous customer service. I wish I could say I'm shocked at how this company is still in business, but clearly their inflated pricing and low overhead (apparently no one is actually in the warehouse filling orders...? My order took two weeks to arrive, and I'm still waiting on replacement tiles..) are keeping them afloat. Trust me, and the other 71 buyers who have been scammed- go somewhere else!!

Tile takes waaaaaay too long to arrive. Also, they never update you on what your order status is. Wouldn't expect this level of service since their tile is quite pricey ..

This is the WORST PLACE to order tile. We ordered at the recommendation of a designer and we were told the tile would be at our doorstep on Thursday. We ordered 5 days ago and it still isn’t even processed or shipped. No remorse. They didn’t care. I only ordered at the recommendation of my designer and she was so disappointed. Now I have a tile guy and no tile. They didn’t care. Not at all. DO NOT USE

Great to work with, typically I really steer customers away from special order items from out of town but even when I ran a little short they worked with me and got the pieces I need out as soon as possible.

They packed all the tile very well! I think we can no broken pieces or at least very few! Love how it turned out in our kitchen. High quality, beautiful tile!
