Extremely helpful and attentive staff who provided excellent recommendations. Their insights and suggestions were so good that I ended up purchasing several items that I hadn't initially planned to buy. I enjoyed the visit. The condition says products will be delivered in 7 working days.Dec 28, 2023: I placed two more orders.Jan 8, 2024: After 7 working days, I checked online and nothing has changed with order status. No proactive communication from Todd Snyder.Jan 8, 2024: I reached out to their agent via Chat message and the agent informed me that they are behind 2 weeks. The agent can’t tell me when the products can be shipped.I cancelled two orders. You have attractive products, helpful employees, great stores at good locations, but your last mile delivery team failed you. How sad.

If I could give zero stars I would. This review isn’t necessarily for the store itself rather for its e-commerce. I ordered a number of items with their Black Friday discount and a few days later got an email that due to volume of orders my order would be delayed. That’s completely fine, I understand that happens and was fine with the delay. However, a few days after that I got an email that my order had been “amended” and they had removed 3 out of the 5 items I ordered. I called customer service to see why they were removed and was told that they were out of stock, so I checked the website while on the call and the same exact items were still available in my size. When I brought this up, the customer service agent said that only one of the three items that was cancelled on my order was actually in stock and that they needed to update their online inventory. So 1.) they cancelled an item for me they actually had in stock and 2.) They are knowingly selling items online that they don’t have in stock. Just shop elsewhere, they likely didn’t want to fulfill the order at the discounted price and decided to just cancel it. A giant waste of my time now needing to return the 2 out of the 5 things they sent. They don’t deserve anyone’s money.

I have no words to explain how thankful I am for these guys, especially the store manager, Sergio. He went above and beyond to assist me in fixing the suit jacket I wore for my wedding. I will be forever thankful to these guys for their customer service, the best one I have ever experiences as a customer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Customer service is absolutely no help. They need to get their policies updated to the 21st century. Technology is way too advanced for a high-end brand like this to be so behind....especially in terms of customer support and experience. When you are paying top dollar for a product, the customer experience should reflect that.UPDATE: My order was not cancelled as they stated in their response. Again, the customer service needs work.

I placed a web order for a pair of dunks, got confirmed. Asked for shipping update and they cancelled the order cause they "oversold". That only happens if you don't have some basic inventory settings. If your gonna do more releases like these be prepared and have some bot protection on top of that. Wouldn't doubt that's another issue here. CX tried to give me 15% off... Do better, I can get that from a welcome email on your site. Improve your site and web/Cx team. Only takes two seconds to lose a new customer. First and last time.

This is a beautiful location with really kind staff. Bo helped me out big time and went above and beyond to get me the right pair of jeans. This was the third Todd Snyder location I had been in for the day trying to track down these jeans and I couldn’t have met a better team at the NoMad location. Thanks Bo.. I know it was just a pair of jeans, but I was in a serious time crunch before a trip and your help and kindness meant the world to me. Thanks!

From my first track suit, too buying 10 shirts in soho I have had nothing but the pleasure of wearing great comfortable clothing. Listen, All companies get bad reviews, they cannot please everyone, but I think this brand sets aside, exclusivity and shines on great quality products. So, if a store opens near you, give them a shot, the clothing is worth it. Set aside the people who work in the store trying to make themselves feel better by saying they "work" at a brand. Ignore them, that's why companies fail, ppl not the companies not learning to accept everyone's money and keeping themselves in steady employment and buy Ts...

Nice clothes. Kind customer service. Often expensive. Sizing is different depending on the piece. Their clothes fit best for men 6 foot or taller sadly.I’m 5’9” and often buy a small here. Pants are not made for my height here. Even their slim cuts…too baggy.

Got a pair of their jeans for Christmas and 4 months later the zipper broke. contacted customer service who offered to cover the cost of the repair in store credit or give me a promo code for 15% off. what a joke, I will never buy again.

Fantastic product, terrible customer service.When they mailed my package to the wrong address, the "concierge service" suggested I drive an hour and try to pick it up rather than them helping to resolve . Will continue to buy TS but through more reliable retailers.
